As a photographer myself, this is the type of review videos that should be used for educational purposes. You go in depth and that's how it should be. Thank you for doing this.
Based on your review, I purchased my D5600 a while back! I got both the 18-55 and 70-300 lenses. And with your video help....Im shooting in manual modes! What a difference! Thank you sir!
this is exactly what i did too. went away from canon wich are not good anymore, NIKON offer anyway a better image quality, finally, this is what we want .-)

Thanks for the post/feedback!:) The D3400 is a solid camera in my opinion ... the 5600 brings a rotating touch screen with time lapse into the equation.
Those photos are very encouraging. Paid much attention to the composition of each photo. Thanks for sharing. Just got my D5600 a week ago with 18-55mm, 18-140mm and 35mm lenses.

Thanks for the post/feedback and glad to be of help!:) I know the feeling - I try to keep my total time to a minimum but decided to just focus on what I want to cover and let the time be whatever it is ends up being:). I really enjoy my d5600 as a travel camera, as I tend to leave heavy full-frame cameras at home. I think the advantage to it over the d3400, besides the ISO performance and auto-focus system, is the touch screen. So if you generally shoot manual, or like the idea of having more control over the camera, you might like to have quick access to the touch screen. Otherwise save your cash for good DX lenses and buy the 3400.
Nikon owes you big time. This was a very good review. I love how you gave visuals for us to see the quality in the pictures. NICE! I'm going to get one tomorrow.
I really appreciate that you indicate your ISO, f-stop, and shutter speed in each of your examples. I am a novice, and this really helps me in choosing appropriate settings... a great video, great channel.
Just subscribed to your channel :) I got a D5600 for my first camera and I’ve really been getting into photography lately so I’ve been researching and came across your page! You are so real and authentic! Thanks for making it simple to understand and for giving honest reviews

I got the Nikon D5600 as my first DSLR three days ago. I am very happy so far with the camera. However, I am even more astonished by the camera's capability after watching this video. Thank you very much for the clear and detailed explanation.

They both share the same size sensor and will be relatively similar regarding image quality. A couple of notes of difference between the cameras ... 1 - the D7100 has auto focus built into the body of the camera (the D5600 does not). The major advantage to this is that you can use lenses that do not have auto focus built into the lens. 2 - the D7100 is weather sealed and feels solid/heavy compared to the D5600. I have shot with both the 5000 series and 7000 series ... they are both solid in my opinion:).
I've the older D5100, which fell into a stream with me a number of years ago. This was thankfully repaired and now lives in my car boot or trunk (as you call it) with a 16-85mm lens plus filters that I don't need for my other set up. It's brilliant to have on hand just in case. I also love the fact that it has the fully articulated screen - helpful to people with back problems like me. I feel that the newer D5600 is a much cheaper and more useful alternative to the mirrorless Z50 and if you have already got some lenses your winning - no need for an adapter (which defeats the point)🎅🏽👍
Great video - reinforced my decision to upgrade. I am new to photography and started with the D3400 in August. Three months later, I switched the D5600. The 5600 has many features I find well worth the additional money, particularly the wi-fi and built-in time lapse. I found the menu system to be more encompassing and easier to use. I also found the button locations easier to use. The additional buttons and accessory port are very useful.
Your pictures in this are pretty amazing, post processing or no. I can only hope to to get to that level. Thanks for this video, I have the camera, but still was fun to watch.
When you did the recordings, were you on auto or manual mode? Also i have heard the auto focus being very loud on other videos. How was your's so quiet?
Great video and great shots!! It looks like some places out here in Colorado Springs where I live. I like how you go in depth with everything!! you got a subscriber man! Keep up the great work!!
Duy Pham If you're looking for ISO performance, get the Nikon D5500! It's cheaper than the D5600 but is exactly the same. I even think they pulled out some features in the D5600. The D5500 is the best-performing crop sensor in low light (along with the D7200). It can't be beat!
I love my D5600. Ditch the kit lens, and invest in some nice glass. I use the following lenses with my d5600 (Sigma 10-20mm, Sigma 17-70, Nikon 40mm, Nikon 35mm and Nikon 70-300mm). Each of these lenses are enormous upgrades over the kit lens, and each offer the flexibility to support what you’re trying to capture. Make no mistake, with the proper lenses and post production in Lightroom, you can capture and create professional images with this camera. I frequently do family portrait sessions, and produce top-end work for my clients.
Ahhhhh yes, the Sigma 10-20 is solid along with the others posted although I have not used the sigma 17-70:). Nonetheless, glass plays an important role. I found the kit lenses to be surprising good though:).
I’ve been wanting to upgrade my current Nikon for a while now. I’ve looked into the Cannon brand cameras and like a lot of the features. I do however have a slew of Nikkor lenses on hand so I was wanting to stay with the Nikon brand. This video clenched that choice. The D5600 looks like a good mid level DSLR. Thanks for the review.
Hahaha, learned about what to buy just by reading the comments. Great video, just subscribed and watched several of your videos. You really tried to read and answer all questions. That's amazing!
Thanks for the post Benben and glad to be of help!:) The comments are packed for of good/solid content which can help on many levels (hopefully:)). I know what it is like to search for information and always find it nice to stumble over an informed response:).
Really loved the Field Review. I got D5600 but did know what Exif will give me what results. U have shot through out the day which makes sense n mentioned every detail with each pic. That's something I was seeking for. Thanks bro.
Hi Again , and thanks for the content, I always find it relaxing and educational and I absolutely love your style also, with that being said how would you compare this camera against the Sony A6000 ? And why would you choose one over other. Regards Bob.
Thanks for the post/feedback/question:). I have shot with both and would give the edge to the 5600 keeping in mind these are apples and oranges (meaning mirror vs mirrorless). Sony has done a great job with mirrorless technology - the a6000 has MANY more focal points which are great for tracking moving subjects (the edge for tracking moving subjects goes to the a6000), however the d5600 will not overheat like the a6000 (the a6000 will overheat when shooting video for more than 10 mins, etc.), the d5600 has a much better battery life, and Nikon removed the AA filter (anti-aliasing filter which tends to soften images). In addition, I like that Nikon includes a built-in time lapse feature which is nice along with a full rotating touch screen which is nice:).
Good information. I have been using the D3400 since before Christmas 2017. I so far have no issues with it. I too would rather get down on the ground to shoot the low shots. The articulating screen for me is not a necessity. Even with only the nine sensors I have used it with the 5 fps and it has kept focus very well overall. I did a photo shoot this weekend and forgot to change back to single shot and just rolled with it and I did end up with over 500 shots, so you definitely need to watch that. I have been very happy with the D3400 so far. (I really wanted the D800 or 850 but just couldn't quite make the budget fit for that). Keep your video reviews and how to's coming. I find you very informative, thorough, and easy to watch.
Thanks for the post/feedback Steve!:) Agree - I prefer to get dirty if needed although the rotating screen is nice when shooting overhead:). Ahhhhh, the D850 - would like to get my hands on it one day as well:).
hi, I am Hasan. I want to start my photography journey. I like the Nikon D3400 but now I am confused because I don't understand which to buy I mean Nikon d3400 vs d5600. I hope you will help me to decide which to buy for starting my journey? ....Thank you. Good luck.....*
Thanks for the post and welcome to the world of photography!:) The decision really boils down to a rotating touch screen, more focal points, and time lapse. resulting image quality is nearly the same in my opinion. If you have a bit more in your budget, you might lean towards the D5600 providing you are interested in the extra features. If you want to save money and retain the same image quality, consider the D3400 ... just my two cents:).
I already have this camera but still enjoy watching review videos for some reason haha. I like the old school vibe. Reminds me of the guitar training videos I used to watch. Great camera and review.
I would highly recommend this as a fantastic first camera (as long as you have taken a photography class). It has pretty high quality video shooting as well so if you want to do youtube, and take GREAT photos, this is a perfect fit! It's not too pricey which is a great plus!
Great evaluation review! You've answered many questions of mine regarding this camera. Thanks for many photo and video samples. Excellent presentation. You have inspired me to buy this camera. Looking forward. Subscribed.
Great Share Sir! I Watched the complete video. I have doubts... How about the focus during video shoots... Planning to buy a DSLR.. for photography and vlogging... what I have in my mind is Nikon D5600 - Canon EOS 200D - Canon EOS 800D
All three are solid/capable:). If given the choice, I might lean towards the d5600 if planning to shoot mostly photos and lean towards the 800d if planning to shoot any good amount of video. The 200d is solid as well but I need to get my hands on it:).
I was comparing between the canon t7i and the nikon d5600 based on these two videos, I have decided to go with the nikon d5600. Ive been seeing bundles online and i decided on the nikon because it was a little cheaper than the canon and i dont want to break the bank. I also picked the nikon because it comes with a 70- 300mm lens compared to the canon which doesnt. It separated it from being an affordable camera to being expensive. Thank you!
Just traded my d3400 body and 100 dollars for a d5600 body and a Sb-500 Speedlight the day before I leave for Costa Rica. I’m excited. The timelapse feature was the single biggest thing I wanted on the 3400 so for this will work well. Thanks
I shot with the D7000 for many years and thought it would be great if Nikon created a 7000 series camera with a fully articulating screen, but no - the 7200 rotates up and down but not forward:).
This just puts the gem right there for the first time buyers and enthusiasts .. Lovely Demonstration.. There are a lot of rumors about the AF best very bad during videos shot on this camera... But i guess we just have to adapt to it .. Really appreciate the effort .. Would be wonderful if you could post some post processing video tutorials .
Thanks for the post/feedback and glad to be of help:). Nikon released their AF-P lens a few years ago which really helps with AF during video capture ... much better than their AF-S lenses IMO.
Great video and love the soundtracks,I have just watched your video on the canon 750D also which I also enjoyed,I am a little envious as I actually bought this Nikon camera for my son as a Christmas gift 2 years ago and I am still using my old Canon 600 D T3i in the States I believe, perhaps it's time to be good to me once again,I like to shoot wildlife mainly and the Canon 850D looks pretty good but so does the Canon 90 D for not much more.
thanks for the post/feedback! :) i recently got my hands on the canon 90d and plan to create a review video so stay tuned:). i really like the canon 80d which i reviewed a few years ago.
Hello sir! Thank you for the video. I am considering buying Nikon D5600 but i was wondering whether to buy it from l a retailer in my country(wich sells it for about 700$ , with the lens that you're using)or via Amazon.(I tried checking in in the affiliated link on your video, but he shipping cost is too expensive.) Also i like doing portraits, so is the lens that comes with the body a good choice?
Thanks for the post and glad to be of help!:) $700 local does not sound bad ... does this include the 18-55 kit lens? I might also suggest the fixed 50 ( ruclips.net/video/e2TZVu7yZig/видео.html ) or fixed 35 ( ruclips.net/video/BG0eZZaMmYE/видео.html ) for portraits ... both are solid choices:).
I just bought my D5600 a couple of weeks ago. I'm going to be at NY Fashion Week this sunday. What would you consider to be the ideal Focus or Autofocus settings while filming/photographing models on the runway? I will be doing photos AND videos. As far as the videos, when the models come forward, I would like the camera to not "noticeably" hunt for the correct lock focus from model to model.
i know this comment is a bit late so hope you were able to capture the fashion show. curious to know how the camera worked with regards to video. Nikon's AF-P lens is their version of silent focus and should help prevent the noticeable hunt found on older lenses (also intended to compete with Canon's STM lens).
@@RealWorld video was really no problem. Although I detected a little reflection from somewhere, but other than that, it was actually the video that rescued me, because my photos were coming out blurry....possibly due to my settings. the funny thing about it was, I Never had these problems with my D3400. Now I got the 5600 and I almost get ridiculed.
I bought a D5600 for my videos and it works pretty nice. The camera does take some time sometimes to autozoom when doing videos. But overall a very nice camera.
This is a great review!!! I am a professional photographer who recently upgraded from the D5300 to the D5500 for my work, and I have to say that there is a noticeable improvement. The ISO performance of the D5500 is insanely good and is close to that of the D750. I'm guessing the D5600 would be roughly the same. About the weather sealing, I think it's more of a gimmick than not. I've shot in the pouring rain with the D5500 and had no issues. All cameras are sealed but the weather-sealed bodies are constructed with magnesium alloy for extra shock and dust resistance.
Osase Noma-Owens are you serious about comparing with d750? Technically you can't compare fx with dx. At what level is the maximum iso d5600 can go which has no noise.
Ronin R I'm very serious. There's nothing like that; of course you can compare them! Sure you get a larger field of view on the D750, but the ISO performances are pretty close (I've used both). The D5500 is said to perform better than the D5600 on paper (but the actual differences may be minimal). I've found that I can shoot at ISO 6400 without visible noise (on the RAW file) and ISO 25600 images are usable for non professional work. I only see noise at about ISO 12800, and it's not that bad; it's more like film grain. You may check my Instagram account for some samples @nimashotme
So I've bought the D5600 a year ago and I really love it. I use it with the 18-140 lens and I recently purchased the 35mm DX prime. But I need more tele reach and I don't want to spend a lot. I could sell the 18-140 and get the Nikon 18-300 or the Tamron 18-400 but I think those lenses would have inferior quality. Or maybe I could go for a bridge camera, like the Panasonic FZ300 for the fraction of the lens' price. I know it has a way smaller sensor but I would only use that reach when it's bright outside anyways. And I would use the Nikon for the more low light situations. Please give me an advice. Thank you in advance.
Thanks for the post:). I reviewed the Tamron 18-400 and really liked it ( ruclips.net/video/CfDfu8sK-o0/видео.html ). I might suggest the following: 1) consider the fixed 50mm f/1.8 (although this may not provide enough reach) 2) sell the 18-140 and go for the Tamron 18-400:). If you compared the 400 range to the 140 range, yes you miiiiight see a small difference, however the bulk range of the 18-400 is solid IMO and worthy of consideration. The 18-400 feels relatively solid and serves as a solid all around lens.
I have used and reviewed both ... both are solid. If you plan to shoot more video than photos, I might lean towards the T7i. If you plan to shoot more photos than video, I might lean towards the D5600. Nikon removed the AA filter from this camera which is nice ... resulting in slight sharper images.
@@RealWorld but Canon shows Exposure, Apature simulation on live view screen before capture. But nikon 5600 does not. On Full manual mood if i change F value, or iso, nikon does not show different on screen.i click and found totally different result which canon do a fantastic job
When you shoot and you go back to view your shot how do you get the Met data on the live view screen so you can review what you shot at . Loved your video . I am a beginner and would like to review my data so I can figure out what works and doesn’t. Thank You
Not a problem John:) ... when viewing the image, press the up or down arrow on the navigational pad located on the back of the camera. This will rotate you though various information.
@@RealWorld Hi John, I would also suggest that usually a Nikon Camera comes with a dvd instruction manual which is far superior to the printed manual that comes with the camera. I think most people believe the printed manual to be the whole story but I found that my D5100 came that way and I find myself using the digital manual to learn about my camera.
Really enjoy your reviews, and tutorials, and appreciate the time required to do informative, and entertaining photography videos. Also wanted to say the first time I heard "Blue Sky" I thought it was some long-lost tune by Jim Morrison. Keep up the exceptional work.
they are both very solid. the 7500 has a weather seal and might be considered a bit more durable, however the d5600 has a fully rotating screen and slightly higher resolution. if i want to save some money, i might lean towards the d5600.
Thanks Mark. I have decided to upgrade from the D3300 to the D5600 purely as I like the built-in time lapse and a fully articulating touch screen. I did look at higher models but the fully articulating touch screen beat the models were the screen just pulls out at an angle. I ordered from e-infin.com and got a D5600 Digital SLR Camera + AF-S 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6G VR Lens for GBP £519.00 (681.11 USD) which includes delivery which was a better price than buying secondhand. Not a huge step-up, but not a bad one for the money.
Thank you for doing this video. It has helped a lot with trying to decide what camera to get. trying to upgrade from using my smartphone while doing youtube videos. My question is, what external microphone would you recommend with this camera and for shooting diy videos indoors? The microphone I bought looks nice but didnt change the audio at all
This camera has a GREAT sensor! It actually is rated better than the D500! I've had a D5500 for a couple of years and along with the 35mm 1.8 AF-S lens, is a perfect combo that I use for occasional events. Still prefer my film cameras by far, but the D5500/D5600 is a great choice. BTW, video is exceptional from this camera as well.
Stop by my channel and take a look; maybe give me a sub? BTW I'm also in the DC Metro area (I noticed the photos on one of your videos taken the National Harbor).
As a photographer myself, this is the type of review videos that should be used for educational purposes. You go in depth and that's how it should be. Thank you for doing this.

This really helped me because for Christmas my dad said he will try to get the Nikon d5600

easily the best/most comprehensive review for the Nikon 5600.
Thanks for the post/feedback and glad to be of help!:)
Amazing detailed and well put together review. Good job man ! I am impressed with high ISO shots, was expecting some grain to start showing after 6400.
Thanks for the feedback!:) Does well at higher ISOs IMO.

I am impressed with your shots!!
Thanks again!
Thanks for your post/feedback!:) Nikon removed the AA filter which helps for the overall clarity as well. :)
Your video, the articulating touch screen and external mic sold me on the d5600. Your photos and soundtrack are terrific. Thank you.

I just upgraded to this camera from a much older D3100. And so far I'm really enjoying it!
Ahhhhh yes!:) That would be a nice upgrade indeed!:)
Which one is better D5600 vs D7100 for portrait photography?
They both share the same size sensor and will be relatively similar regarding image quality. A couple of notes of difference between the cameras ... 1 - the D7100 has auto focus built into the body of the camera (the D5600 does not). The major advantage to this is that you can use lenses that do not have auto focus built into the lens. 2 - the D7100 is weather sealed and feels solid/heavy compared to the D5600. I have shot with both the 5000 series and 7000 series ... they are both solid in my opinion:).
I’m a middle schooler and I’ve been using my dads old d40 Nikon!! And I be been wanting to upgrade and I think this is the one
Ahhhhh yes, I remember the D40:). This would be a nice upgrade!:)
Thank you! Based upon your review, I am purchasing one today. Keep up the great work!
Glad to be of help John and enjoy the ride!:)
I feel that the newer D5600 is a much cheaper and more useful alternative to the mirrorless Z50 and if you have already got some lenses your winning - no need for an adapter (which defeats the point)🎅🏽👍
agreed and glad to hear you were able to recover you D5100 ... that is nice!:)
Another reason to get the 5600 are the extra focus points..9(3400) vs. 39(5600)
agreed - Nikon packed more focal points in the D5600 compared to the D3400.
*Nikon D3400 had 11 points
My mistake it is 11not 9 thanks
Great video - reinforced my decision to upgrade.
I am new to photography and started with the D3400 in August. Three months later, I switched the D5600. The 5600 has many features I find well worth the additional money, particularly the wi-fi and built-in time lapse. I found the menu system to be more encompassing and easier to use. I also found the button locations easier to use. The additional buttons and accessory port are very useful.
Thanks for the post/feedback:). Sounds like you are on the right path!:) The D5600 has some nice features ... ahhh the time lapse:).
Your pictures in this are pretty amazing, post processing or no. I can only hope to to get to that level. Thanks for this video, I have the camera, but still was fun to watch.
I have that D5600 for a year already I like it very well thanks for very impressive video you did.
Thanks for the post/feedback!:) The D5600 is a capable/solid camera - enjoy!:)
Thanks for the post/feedback and glad to be of help! :)
best reviewer, only your video helps me know d5600 iso performance
Thanks for the post/feedback and glad to be of help!:)
Duy Pham I use the Nikon D5500 and the ISO performance is amazing!!!
thank you, i'm finding an entry camera has good iso performance to replace my old 50d ...
Duy Pham If you're looking for ISO performance, get the Nikon D5500! It's cheaper than the D5600 but is exactly the same. I even think they pulled out some features in the D5600. The D5500 is the best-performing crop sensor in low light (along with the D7200). It can't be beat!
Yes, but d5xxx has no internal autofocus motor so if i buy d5xxx instead of d7xxx i can't af on "D" lenses :(
I love my D5600.
I really enjoyed this video, and I will buy a d5600 now. So thank you.
Thanks for the feedback and glad to be of help!:) The D5600 ( amzn.to/2DJkQ3k ) is a solid/capable camera in my opinion and should treat you well:).
This is the best review videos I've come across. Thank you and keep doing the best work👍🏻
Thank you for helping me pick my camera
I’ve been wanting to upgrade my current Nikon for a while now. I’ve looked into the Cannon brand cameras and like a lot of the features. I do however have a slew of Nikkor lenses on hand so I was wanting to stay with the Nikon brand. This video clenched that choice. The D5600 looks like a good mid level DSLR.
Thanks for the review.
Glad to be of help!:) I am thinking to switch to Sony as some point but have lots of Nikon gear as well ... tough to start over:).
Thanks bro.
Thanks for the feedback and glad to be of help!:) I like to show the data as I feel it helps others to know the settings:).
Thanks! I’m late to this video but it was very thorough and helpful. I liked that you included so many sample images.
All good and glad to be of help!:)
12:15 is my favorite picture even if it’s just a sample
agreed! It completely surprised me that photo and some of the other ones
Thank you! I got into photography through flying drones. I'm ordering this camera Monday.
Ahhhhh yes, I flew drones as well - fun/interesting but eventually sold my gear:). Enjoy the camera - it is solid and will treat you well!:)
Omggg yessssss thankyou so much sir loved the video!! So i whent from my sumsung galaxy j7 to this camara quality for my RUclips videos
Thanks for the post/feedback and glad to be of help!:)
You're definitely one of the most coolest blogger.
Thanks for the feedback and glad to be of help!:)
Ahhhhh, the D850 - would like to get my hands on it one day as well:).
just got myself this camera as a birthday gift to myself (this would be my first dslr). can’t wait to use it, thank you for the review. ☺️
Congrats on the camera and happy birthday!:) It's a nice/solid/capable camera - take time to understand it and enjoy the ride!:)
You had me at 'Nee-kon' ... (instead of Nai-kon)
LOL - I was waiting for someone to catch it!:) I intended to make the change sooner but finally made the effort on this vid!:)
trashhead00 correct
And the British pronounce it Niken
Dick Nix. I am Brtish... I pronounce it phonetically Nick on
It's 'Ni' Mon not 'nee' kon or 'Nai' kon
I always enjoy the fact that you shoot beautiful excellent shots using the kit lens... Quite impressive indeed
thanks for the post/feedback!:)
It looks so tiny in his hand omg!!!
Sold me on the D5600! Great video. I appreciate the details for each photo.
Glad to be of help - a solid camera ... enjoy and have fun!:)
hi, I am Hasan. I want to start my photography journey. I like the Nikon D3400 but now I am confused because I don't understand which to buy I mean Nikon d3400 vs d5600. I hope you will help me to decide which to buy for starting my journey?
....Thank you. Good luck.....*
Hasan Moula its not the camera, you can buy the d3400 and a 50mm or another lens
Ezequiel Hee, thank you very much. I am decided to buy Nikon D3400 with 18-55mm and 35mm f1.8g.
.... Have a good day .....
Hasan Moula yes check this pictures that i took with d3400 www.flickr.com/photos/162419265@N07/sets/72157691060931181
Ezequiel Hee Ok I will check this.
.... thanks again....
Thanks I just got the 5600 still learning love this video
Enjoy the ride John!:) The D5600 is solid:).
I don't undestand english. 😂😂😂😂
That’s a pity...this person speaks very clearly, he’s very easy for a native speaker to understand
I already have this camera but still enjoy watching review videos for some reason haha. I like the old school vibe. Reminds me of the guitar training videos I used to watch. Great camera and review.
Thanks for the post/feedback!:)
I would highly recommend this as a fantastic first camera (as long as you have taken a photography class). It has pretty high quality video shooting as well so if you want to do youtube, and take GREAT photos, this is a perfect fit! It's not too pricey which is a great plus!
Thanks for the post/tip and agreed!:)
Thank you for helping me pick my very first dslr 😊 This is the kind of review we all wanted.
Thanks for the post Lalisa and glad to be of help!:) A solid camera that will treat you well!:)
Heavy image quality d5600 it's just speechless 👌👌👌
Thanks for the post/feedback ... lots of fun shooting with this camera:).
Great evaluation review! You've answered many questions of mine regarding this camera. Thanks for many photo and video samples. Excellent presentation. You have inspired me to buy this camera. Looking forward. Subscribed.
Thanks for the post/feedback Paul and glad to be of help!:) Welcome to the channel and enjoy the camera:).
This review helped me decide on my first DSLR camera as I begin a new hobby. Thank you for the in depth and very interesting video.
Glad to be of help and enjoy the ride!:)
Thanks for the video. I have just started my DSLR journey with a Nikon D5600 a month back. ☺
Glad to be of help and welcome to the world of photography!:) Enjoy the ride and have fun!:)
RealWorld Thank you. And keep enlightening us with your posts.
This was very clear why you should or should not buy this camera.
Bottom line that is what I needed to know.
Well done !!!
Thanks for the post/feedback Thomas and glad to be of help!:)
What a FANTASTIC review about 5600 .Lovely pics taken too. Really Enjoyed watching this review with nice music in the background. Great job indeed.
Thanks for the post/feedback and glad to be of help!:)
Thank you!
Enjoy the camera Kyle ... the D5600 is a great/solid camera capable of capturing some awesome shots:).
Just traded my d3400 body and 100 dollars for a d5600 body and a Sb-500 Speedlight the day before I leave for Costa Rica. I’m excited. The timelapse feature was the single biggest thing I wanted on the 3400 so for this will work well. Thanks
I am a bit late of this reply but enjoy the trip and take some awesome shots!:) Sounds like you got a good deal on the swap/buy as well:).
I really want to buy the 7200. The biggest hold on that is the articulating screen. I may just buy this one
Best legit thumbnail wow
I bought a D5600 for my videos and it works pretty nice. The camera does take some time sometimes to autozoom when doing videos. But overall a very nice camera.
Thanks for the post/feedback!:)
Is it 18-55mm lens that you were using?
yeah at 17:35 he says it 👍
Yes - the kit lens is solid IMO:)
Great video and review. I’m still getting comfortable with my d3400 and you definitely motivated me to keep shooting. Thanks again
Thanks for the feedback and glad to be of help!:) I like the D3400 - nice capable camera!:)
Thank you for the review :) I think I decided which camera I want to start my photography. Done using my phone to take amazing pictures.
The 18-400 feels relatively solid and serves as a solid all around lens.
the picture is so sharp i thought it was a darn greenscreen
I really want this camera, I was hesitant, kept hearing the Canon rebel t7i was better, Maybe, but this video has convinced me to follow my heart 😊
Thanks for the post/feedback!:) Great connection with the music as well ... agreed!:) When I play it back, I hear a similar sound/vibe to the Doors.
I had been waiting for a field test video on d5600. Thank you ☺
Glad to be of help Alen!:)
Is it worth it to buy the D7500 over the D5600?
Thank you very much
they are both very solid. the 7500 has a weather seal and might be considered a bit more durable, however the d5600 has a fully rotating screen and slightly higher resolution. if i want to save some money, i might lean towards the d5600.
@@RealWorld Thank you very much! :D
Sounds like you are on the right path Allen ... enjoy the camera!:)
Thank you for doing this video. It has helped a lot with trying to decide what camera to get. trying to upgrade from using my smartphone while doing youtube videos. My question is, what external microphone would you recommend with this camera and for shooting diy videos indoors? The microphone I bought looks nice but didnt change the audio at all
Thanks for the post/feedback/question:). I have a video that should be of some help ... ruclips.net/video/4VmEx_7MhvY/видео.html
Thank you for this wonderful video. It's a great time to be alive
Glad to be of help and Amen!:)
I got this camera last year. Still trying to work my way around it but I've found it pretty good so far.
It's a great/solid camera ... spend time to learn all the features and enjoy the ride!:)
@@RealWorld thank you. I definitely will.
@@RealWorld this video was actually the first one I watched about the d5600 when I first got it.
Glad to be of help Megan!:)
Thanks for the post/feedback!:) Ahhhh yes, film - I shot with film many years ago ... film is great:).
Stop by my channel and take a look; maybe give me a sub? BTW I'm also in the DC Metro area (I noticed the photos on one of your videos taken the National Harbor).
