What I really like about Stevie/"Michael's" mindless yell at 3:56 is that it wouldn't have been that funny without the proper buildup. Only after the waiter leaves, and everybody is stewing in uncomfortable silence, does Stevie stare even more intensely, eventually letting out three increasingly animalistic, wordless yells. It would have seemed cheap and stupid if he just started there, but after the catharsis of the part with the waiter, and the awkward silence following, it's a hilarious way for him to show his ass after everybody's cover is already blown.
I feel bad for Alex in this one, though. It's pretty obvious at 4:12 that his relationship has been put in jeopardy.
