He can scream and shout as good as anybody and he can sing the ballad as good as anybody, you know so … And his melodies are, you know, effortless. I wonder how many times Paul wakes up and says; "good God - I'm Paul McCartney, and I actually wrote these wonderful tunes that the world will never forget."
I remember reading about Paul Simon reacting to John Lennon mistreating him or disregarding him for some reason. Simon said, "Okay, fine, I'm not Lennon. I'm not McCartney. I'm not a Beatle. But come on, I'm Paul Simon, after all." I thought that was so funny. Even in his attempt to stand up for himself, he bows to the Gods. I do believe Simon deserved respect for his contributions, but as we all know, he wasn't John, Paul, George, Ringo... he would never be a Beatle. Who would be??? Too bad the boys couldn't have gotten more creative in the end and expanded their group to include Preston and Clapton and continued making music together that way. Maybe the world wouldn't have understood the move, but so what? They did a lot of things that their fans didn't understand at first... and we eventually got there. That move would have been no different.

The Beatles and The Rolling Stones band mates knew that they were the white society acceptable alternative to the American Afro American “soul” music!
Ask them! They will not deny it!

sending love, the secret of life is honesty and fair dealing, have you seen this gem live?
I missed this band... So so much!!! ... THE BAND THAT CHANGE MUSIC ... COMPLETELY.
His creativity is outstanding.
So angelic voice!
This song means more to me now , than many yesterday's ago when I herd it originally..
I love Paul's and Beetles music and his voice. They are all with Ringo and all Beetles , they are real genius musicians.
In my opinion. Greatest love song of all time. Such genius to run 2 great Beatles songs abd Paul's own in continuous fashion.
Wanderlust is such a beautiful sounding song
Ringoooooo!!!!
I think we began to appreciate just how good these guys were, once the initial feeding frenzy died down a bit. And I do love Ringo's drumming. In spite of all the bits with the horns and chorus, there's a purity in these two and their performance...
I remember when I was a little kid and my dad had the Give My Regards to Broad Street cassette in the house. I liked to watch the pictures on the cassette where Paul and Ringo were having a picnic in the countryside. I was 6 or 7 years old and already a Paul and Beatles fan.
Ringo gets so into his music.
Oh, my! Just divine!
This is a neat song me and my granddaughter just love to listen to Paul sing
Paul looked like in his twentieth here, so young and amazing. the ultimate cute Beatle
A great Musicien and so much Life in his beautiful Voice

I came here for the abbey road medley and found this gem, thanks for posting
This is lovely
The best 8 and half minutes I can think of
Who need DJ if we got Ringo.
This is such a lovely song and sounds as good now as when it was first sang
Je n’aurais jamais cru revoir ces les monstres de la composition se retrouver un jour quel CHANCE pour nous tous 😢😅😂😢
Wow, that version of Wanderlust is actually better than on Tug of War, great song. I didn't appreciate that when I first heard it back in 1984. Beautiful.
I think Sir Paul would be even happier, 🙋🥁with the participation of his friend Ringo 🇧🇷I think it would be a great March🎶🎼🎶👏👏👏👏👏👏
What a fantastic musician
Here, there and everywere is one of my favs Beatles song.
