I would like Mr H's take on a hellraiser story. I'm sure it would not be a waste of good suffering.
@@SpydrXIII well actually in the first film pin head tells Kirsty "don't cry, it's such a waste of good suffering"
Mr H would make a great pinhead. No need to slow his voice down to make it lower and more dramatic either. NO neeed!
if the movie had a script written by you (Mr H), with Pinhead, starring Mr H, I'd stand on line for days in a toxic snowstorm just to see it. That would just be too much fun.... so much fun it would be agonizingly PAINFUL....so painful it's sweet and DELICIOUS and to die for!!
Can something this wonderful happen in MY lifetime? Can't stand thinking about it. :)
Get busy HOLLYWOOD!!!!!
@@SpydrXIII There's never going to be another Doug Bradley Pinhead.... but with the right makeup, wardrobe, and camera angles... there is much you can do to alter or modify ones body type. Mr H's physique would not be a hindrance at all.
Speaking as a costume designer.
Gosh, I wish I actually had some say in how things go regarding Hellraiser. All I am is a hopeful fanboy.
Oh the suffering we've endured with all those "sequels". Truly hasn't been "good".
Mr H's voiceover of this treatment is better than the latest Hellraiser films.
HELLL YEAH!!!!
kinda reminds me of Hell 3 with the 'how many people can we kill on screen in one go' scenes but it would certainly be a visual gorefest. I'd like to see Pinhead stalk the police station that gave me some terminator one style goosebumps but seems like it steps away from the traditional slower horror I'd expect.
Love your hellraiser vids!
Thanks dude
The references to Kate Beckinsale and Sarah Conner were jarring.
Different factions fighting over the box sounds like an interesting idea for a new take on the mythos.
MonkeyZorr Such chaos would, to Leviathan, be perceived as order. If you’re familiar with the comics, there was a lot of emphasis on reinterpretations of chaos and order. What’s order to us is chaos to the Cenobites, and vice versa.
They "TEAR HIS SOUL APART''!...I love all Your Voice over work..MR.H..It was the first thing
that drew me to your channel..
You have an excellent voice for something like this. Well-read good sir.
Top notch Hellraiser Narration Skills!
Mr h......what is the mechanism that draws blood an replaces it with a blue liquid as in hellbound when the doc is turned. Always found that errie
your voice is the best for this !!! Love it. This was decent. a fun run! Could be a good short
this would have been interesting as they change the the origin of captain Spencer and they made it more of a stand alone reboot but it feels a bit like the many hellraiser sequels
I think the treatment's description of the main heroine as looking like Kate Beckinsale kinda proves who he was still in the Underworld mindset.
Yeah, I can't say it would've made a good Hellraiser movie either. It's from 2009 and it shows. It has that 00s feel regarding style and description that is pretty outdated by 2010s standards.
It feels more like an action oriented Hellraiser 2.
This would sound great on the big screen for a movie
Dude lessoning to you read this gave me chills would you ever consider narrating a full Hellraiser Comicbook and why the hell didn't they make this movie it sounds amazing
Ur awesome Mr H thx you for the awesome video 😁 always looking forward to your hellraiser videos
That was interesting
i would agree that it isn't necessarily consistent with the original but, a certain amount of evolution is also necessary. it could be a decent starting place with the right director and a few minor alterations. you made it interesting enough that i wish it were longer and that seems like a good sign.
Great vid Mr H
I like the detail that the configuration is different for every person, each human's personal pain and suffering as opposed to an all out evil for all as if it sees into each individuals personal hell and acting upon it. I also like (even though in this instance the child is fake or a trick) the concept of a child cenobite, maybe a young psychopath in the making displaying early signs of sadistic tendencies (torturing animals ect.) who opens the box and is claimed as a young cenobite. If done correctly without cringe I believe it could be very uncomfortable to watch the two combined?
I have noticed that every concept for a Hellraiser script has a different version of Pinhead. In all of Mr. H videos, Pinhead has a different Origin, the following origins that we currently have are as follows:- Lemarchand, the Creator of the Box, becomes Pin Head- Frank Cotton becomes Pin Head- Pin Head is his own entity, insinuating that his title is a mantle bestowed on worthy individuals.- Pin Head is the founder of a secret society originated in WWI.Basically there is no consistency with Pin Head, and it feels like they are throwing ideas against the wall to see which one sticks. Pin Head isn't a one dimensional character like Jason or Michael Myers and does not invade your space like Freddy using the dream realm, you have to seek him out, which makes him different. I really think that the writers are working off of a vague set of goals based off of the first few movies and I also think that the world of the Cenobite hasn't been that well established like a Crystal Lake or Freddy's dream world. I think they can do more with a Jason or Freddy than Pin Head, whose is limited by the parameters of the box where people desire to seek him out, so I can see why they are having problems getting a reboot off the ground. The Parameters of how Pin Head Operates make it hard to write, so I can see why they are having trouble coming up with a logical reboot or continuation of the series.
Good narration!!
I was really expecting Caleb to be something "special". Definitely a missed opportunity.
I don't hate this. It has a lot of interesting concepts that could be good if properly fleshed out. I think it's better than most of the Hellraiser sequels we have gotten over the years.
I thought yr pumb nail was from the wall art work for a minute there lol
It sounds good. I'm actually curious to see the final product if it were made into a movie. Sounds better than a lot of these sequels that were cranked out over the years (including Hellraiser Judgment which had its moments but was still pretty shabby [maybe writing isn't Gary Tunnicliffe's strong suit]) .
Awesome narration, ever thought of reading Creepy Pastas?
Stop breaking my heart! I been wishing they would do a new hellraiser with the respect it deserves. These videos are like when Stacy dumped me in highschool times 12
Can't wait to see it on THE BIG SCREEN AGAIN!!"
Sounds good ,,,hope it doesnt involve the hams
Mr. H ..you should write a script for Hellraiser
Mr H Reviews should read audiobooks, he has such a dramatic and captivating voice.
This is a cool story for a hellraiser remake.
Wow, this sounded interesting I will say.
I like the hell visuals
That epic voice!!!
Pretty good. Would make a nice comic.
Intriguing and interesting script/story.
🙌Hail Pinhead!!!"🙌
🙏
I wish they'd actually try to make this
I'd like to edit that a fair bit, make it more how Hellraiser might truly feel in my own view
Goddamn it. Why can't someone, anyone make a faithful adaption of the book? Even the original movie didn't do that. ' Sides, I'd rather see the Scarlet Gospels made...
The budget for Scarlet Gospels would be insane. I'd love to see it too.
Ever thought about voice over work? Much like Peter Cullen, Your voice is somewhat soothing.
you should explore/explain 13 ghosts sometime would love to hear you take.
Yeah there's unknown Hellraiser script never made as movies they should make as good a novels
((Slow clapping)) this is the kind of screen play I want to watch.
I don’t like it. Sounds weak.
I enjoyed the opening. But once you go to “modern day” I lose interest.
There’s something about period films that I enjoy.
I would really like to see a good version of Hellraiser 4. Bloodline.
Victorian Era, where it all began. In its entirety.
Gothic Victorian horror.
All vibrant, dark and colorful. Not a flash back. But I full origin film. Start at the beginning.
@@SpydrXIII They might. Angelique comments to Pinhead about the change in style for the demons of Hell. From Hellriaser: Bloodline:
*Angelique:* Things seem to have changed.
*
Pinhead:* Hell is more ordered since your time, princess, and much less amusing.
But yeah... corsets and bustiers? Yes please. :D
@@SpydrXIII I'm not picky. lol.
I wasn’t really thinking of the cenobites fashion.
I assumed they would be the same.
But seeing box created, seeing someone’s obsession with the project and the horror that’s unleashed.
And yes. The theme and style and visual style of the black and blood against Victorian era lifestyle
@@SpydrXIII Mostly I disagree, but not entirely. Hellraiser "style" came out waaay before the Matrix. I think it is archetypal, though some would believe it is tied to the style era that it first appeared to THEM.
The Cenobite attire is mostly based on the clergy vestments, altered and influenced by S&M styles of the 80's (which is also influenced by clerical vestments). I don't see anything impossible, that couldn't exist during Victorian times.
Some of the accessories maybe, like Butterball's dark glasses... but they had glasses back then. Or maybe the Female's punk rock metal bar through her cheeks. But piercings like that also go waaay back. The Fakirs of the East have been doing those piercings since ancient times.
The Style of the Cenobites seems timeless to me. After all, they are clergy... They are "The Order of the Gash".
The only things I would examine, are the metal fastenings. I would strive to make them look more hand made than a product of modern times.
I for one do NOT need to see any cenobites wearing three corner hats.... ;-D
I wouldn’t mind a film set in 2019 where Angelique is a high-ranking Cenobite and has her own subordinates. It would fit the timeline and wouldn’t destroy too much of the continuity. And Pinhead could have a smaller appearance like Vader in “Rogue One”. They could even have Adam Scott reprise his role of Jacques, tortured in hell for his inaction. A lot of fans overlook his character, but there’s definitely potential there. Jacques and Angelique were master and slave for about two-hundred years. They could’ve been responsible for all sorts of human atrocities.
I need to see this as a movie. Origins I also wanted to see more. Just do a t.v series already.
Now your Talking Mr.H!!!
My thoughts exactly !
Dude, I just recently watched judgement and they did well with the movie for such a low budget. But, I'd say if the movie made it to theaters instead of going straight to DVD/Blu-Ray it would've made a lot more.
Interesting
I mean, it is an okay take I suppose. But it seems basically like all the other movies, and if it is developed it will only aid in bringing the Hellraiser franchise even lower....If that is possible.
Can you do a video about the cenobite abigore
Hmmmm yeah i guess like you say "cliche" Action fits, but hmmm i don't think it's bad! Honestly, i think this take could be very interesting and good as a Movie! Maybe a bit 'modern', don't know how to say it, but well, maybe it's us old school fans, that need to get a bit more "modern" too and don't be too stubborn with that new ideas. It can't get worse than the last two Movies lol Modern cliche High Heel Angels etc....so...i would really like to see that, even if there is (in my eyes) a bit too much Hellraiser 3 with the shootout between the Cops and Pinhead etc. And are there more Cenobites? Hm....well at least i really liked to listen to it! Like i said before many Times- you can do these Audiobook readings very good! (= Thank you for that Script! I give it a personal 7/10.
I honestly would much rather listen to an audio book of Clive Barker voiced by Mr H than watch another Hellraiser movie.
Wow
I like this music selection whatever it is, Mr. H... ... What would your cenobite name be? Come to think of it I don't know what your real name is [GASP] What if Mr. H!? he's the Lead Cenobite
Hey guys is it true that capcom are doing resi 3 nemesis i hope so was the best out of the orignial 3 games jill and carlos in 2020 will be amazing resi 2 remake was perfect am pretty sure we will get dino crisis aswell fingers crossed i heard they were redoing their Greats 👍👌
Sick of these straight to dvd / netflix movies. The Clive Barker world deserves better but people are too DENSE to realize it !
I love your voice when reading. Spooky. Read more, i could listen to you 24/7
I have some delicious pain to share with you
This story sucks. The reason the 1st two movies were good. Was that the box trapped you in their world and you had to close the box to escape hell.
Well really that was only the second one unless you count Frank from the first one
hey mr h would u be interested in the metro games?
The new one that's coming out?
@@MrHReviews also the 1st 2 if u havent played them before. all of em are really good
Read the description. This is from a script in 2009
I say that in the video. Why are you commenting this? The title even says a movie we will NEVER see.
R Rated, animated, Scarlet Gospels.
Sounds like a generic action horror
