Manisha Shukla I’ve done various things, I first started at the gym and got a personal trainer for three months, and then I started doing at home workouts with fitness blender and yoga and lots of cardio on the elliptical. It all comes down to your diet really if you want to lose weight, healthy Whole Foods and nothing processed is best, I did no sugar, and when I hit a plateau, I tried intermittent fasting, I lost another 25lbs within 2 months. You just have to keep trying new things and find what works best for you. If you feel like you’ve tried everything and you’re still not getting anywhere you might want to speak to your doctor because it could be something medical. Also I don’t know your age but hormones being unbalanced could play a role, I take hormone balancer‘s and find that they do help. I like the line that Lorna Vanderhaeghe has. Good luck!!!

This is now my favorite Fitness Blender workout. It has everything I like. It has a warm-up, cardo + weights if so desired and a cool down. The only thing is missing is your dog by your side. I enjoy the little directions on the side and the blue timer on the right side. Thank you for all the years you have been keeping me motivated.

I’ve been working out with Fitness blender for 7 years. I didn’t have much weight to lose but my body fat percentage was higher. I have only lost 5lbs but have gained strength and agility. I have done this kickboxing video many times and appreciate the short sets and variety of moves.

But this one mixed with upper body is really great, feel like I've worked hard, sweat a lot, challenged myself enough (can always modify to make harder or easier). Thanks as always Fitness Blender!

This was the least uncoordinated I've felt in a kickboxing routine! I appreciate the reminders to take it slow until the form is right before speeding up the moves. Loved that it was twice through each and that it was a combo with strength training. Really excellent workout! Thanks!

Very effective!! Feel like a beast after this. I was planning to run too but I think I'll just walk the dogs around the block haha. I'd also love to see a no equipment variation of this where you do the kickboxing with no equip upper body like a vid you did a few years ago.
I was in a better frame of mind today & I've gotta say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. I've been so used to doing those half hour workouts; as my fitness has increased I'm having to increase the time of them accordingly. I had a feeling that this would happen. Thanks for all your instruction throughout, it really helps.
I really like all of your videos, but so far this is my favorite! It is challenging without being intimidating. I will definitely be including this in my workout rotation from now on! Also, I really appreciate how you don't edit out if you make a mistake counting or have to change the weights you use part way through. It makes me feel more comfortable when I make a mistake or have to adjust something. Keep up the amazing work!
This is the 4th video I've watched and you guys are amazing...first RUclips channel that doesn't make me dread working out...I've just burn 521 calories according to my fitbit, and it barely feels like 45 minutes have passed...I especially love how she makes some mistakes as it's completely relatable!
I did this workout today at the boxing gym using a punching bag for the punches, and my upper body is beat! Thanks so much for the creative workout; I love this style of mixing up kickboxing with strength training.

Thanks for another great workout! I used to rotate about 5 of your workouts, but then I decided to just try all of them so I started going down the list from the oldest to the newest. I've tried about 100 different workouts so far and I have to say that the content and format really seems to change with time. One thing that I really appreciate in the newer workouts is that you tell the amount of weight you use because it helps me adjust to what I need, whereas before I just had to guess and readjust. And I find all your comments really helpful and motivating as well. Seriously, thank you so much! (Also, this one is going into my favorites!)
This looks like a great workout and i have added it to my playlist. I can't wait to do it. I've been working out for a long time and i do hit plateaus from time to time. Recently I've learned that mixing HIIT with strength training is a great combo for fat burning and muscle building in a quicker manner. Thanks again Kelly and Daniel for doing these videos.
I am a beginner and have some orthopedic problems, so I generally need relatively easy or low impact workouts. I really enjoyed this one. I liked that it was a bit of a variation on the ABAB format, I always get a bit bored with that, but I liked how in this workout we did 2 kickbox moves, followed by 2 strength moves, and then repeated the 4 over, instead of repeating only 2 at a time. It seemed to make it fly by quicker. It was just challenging enough (I used 2 lbs weights only) without being impossible or too tiring. I feel like I've gotten a really good workout. I also always enjoy the workouts with Kelli, I feel like you motivate us and you're right there with us. The workouts seem to be just as challenging for you as they are for us and I like the realness and the honesty you put into these videos, as well as the suggestions about doing what we're capable of and not worrying about needing to take breaks, etc.
This is the most fun I've ever had in a work out !! Kick my butt but it was so worth it, specially this being the first time I did kickboxing. I hope there's a lot more of it soon 😄😍😍😍😍
I feel like a lot of cardio stuff focuses on legs too (jump squats, burpees, etc.), so it's nice to have a cardio option that focuses more on upper body. Always fun to shake it up. Thanks for the great workout! :)

With fitness blender, I have come to LOVE kickboxing! I feel so powerful while doing the moves, like an invincible warrior :D
It is also an excellent stress buster after a long day. And the arms and core are definitely going to be sore for next couple of days!

The training I would love to see next is an ab workout if that's possible. I could use more of those. This is perfect. I needed an upper body workout idea and you came out with this. Thank you Kelli! Because of you and Daniel I did cardio kickboxing for the first time and love it. I always feel EXTREMELY sore a few days after though but it is good pain so I love it. It's extremely fun to do!

This was the last workout of the #FBBurnRound2 program! Finished it today and I want to start it over again next week. I loved every single day of this program, it's helped me gain strength and to get more toned! Thanks Kellie & Daniel

Very effective!! Feel like a beast after this. I was planning to run too but I think I'll just walk the dogs around the block haha. I'd also love to see a no equipment variation of this where you do the kickboxing with no equip upper body like a vid you did a few years ago.
did it this morning right after waking up super unmotivated. forced myself to drink some water, do this workout and now i feel so much better !!
I was in a better frame of mind today & I've gotta say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. I've been so used to doing those half hour workouts; as my fitness has increased I'm having to increase the time of them accordingly. I had a feeling that this would happen. Thanks for all your instruction throughout, it really helps.

I really like all of your videos, but so far this is my favorite! It is challenging without being intimidating. I will definitely be including this in my workout rotation from now on! Also, I really appreciate how you don't edit out if you make a mistake counting or have to change the weights you use part way through. It makes me feel more comfortable when I make a mistake or have to adjust something. Keep up the amazing work!

This is the 4th video I've watched and you guys are amazing...first RUclips channel that doesn't make me dread working out...I've just burn 521 calories according to my fitbit, and it barely feels like 45 minutes have passed...I especially love how she makes some mistakes as it's completely relatable!

I did this workout today at the boxing gym using a punching bag for the punches, and my upper body is beat! Thanks so much for the creative workout; I love this style of mixing up kickboxing with strength training.

Thanks for another great workout! I used to rotate about 5 of your workouts, but then I decided to just try all of them so I started going down the list from the oldest to the newest. I've tried about 100 different workouts so far and I have to say that the content and format really seems to change with time. One thing that I really appreciate in the newer workouts is that you tell the amount of weight you use because it helps me adjust to what I need, whereas before I just had to guess and readjust. And I find all your comments really helpful and motivating as well. Seriously, thank you so much! (Also, this one is going into my favorites!)

This looks like a great workout and i have added it to my playlist. I can't wait to do it. I've been working out for a long time and i do hit plateaus from time to time. Recently I've learned that mixing HIIT with strength training is a great combo for fat burning and muscle building in a quicker manner. Thanks again Kelly and Daniel for doing these videos.

I am a beginner and have some orthopedic problems, so I generally need relatively easy or low impact workouts. I really enjoyed this one. I liked that it was a bit of a variation on the ABAB format, I always get a bit bored with that, but I liked how in this workout we did 2 kickbox moves, followed by 2 strength moves, and then repeated the 4 over, instead of repeating only 2 at a time. It seemed to make it fly by quicker. It was just challenging enough (I used 2 lbs weights only) without being impossible or too tiring. I feel like I've gotten a really good workout. I also always enjoy the workouts with Kelli, I feel like you motivate us and you're right there with us. The workouts seem to be just as challenging for you as they are for us and I like the realness and the honesty you put into these videos, as well as the suggestions about doing what we're capable of and not worrying about needing to take breaks, etc.

This is the most fun I've ever had in a work out !! Kick my butt but it was so worth it, specially this being the first time I did kickboxing. I hope there's a lot more of it soon 😄😍😍😍😍

This is one of my go to cardio kickboxing workouts. I do this workout at least once a week! Kelli, we need more of these! :)
I feel like a lot of cardio stuff focuses on legs too (jump squats, burpees, etc.), so it's nice to have a cardio option that focuses more on upper body. Always fun to shake it up. Thanks for the great workout! :)
