They haven 't forgotten 😂 You have amd radeon instinct 😅 they make graphics on the processor. Without competition. Power consumption is very important. They follow apple's path... The only question is the needs of the market.😅
@@FluxDigitalunfortunately thats true. across the board the nominally equivalent cards on the radeon side are less efficient. even the 7600 is rated for 165 watts or so
@@FluxDigitalhaha... tell this to the graphics on the processor. They're all losing to Apple. It's just that someone needs to wake up and go to the Framework stage.
Hey, Gemcase C9 buyer here, I bought my parts mainly going off of this video and the case fans you used, which are the ones designed for the case are 92 mm, but the ones you linked are 120 mm which are slightly too big and don't fit, just a nitpick about the link, that's all, besides that great video! Love the build up until now.
Very eye opening and intriguing. This definitely planted a seed in my head. It's more smaller than a console, more powerful if not the same. I would like to see benchmark for Call of Duty at 1080p how many FPS you'd get with this small 4060 Gaming PC.
6:35 and this is why I'd rather do it Velka-style: install the components in a clean fashion and then build the case, or risk scratching or improper mounting by sliding/maneuvering components around
It’s a bit tricky to install GPU but we preferred this approach to assemble the case as more fast and comfort. With some patience u will assemble the case without scratch, back panel can significantly bend without damage during assembly to allow safety insertion of gpu.
Great case and clever design! That slots on the front panel are really helping that GPU to breathe, considering radiator fins direction. Thumb up for front IO and top fans. Great job Gemcases!
I have been looking for something like this for a while. I’ve been using an M-atx case even though I have an itchy motherboard since I wanted something slim. Thanks for the video. I am looking forward to building in this. Also, I’ve noticed swapping my nh-l9a fan with thermalrights TL-B9 has helped with cooling a bit. And on that case I think you could use them for the top fans and set them as intake to help cool while the case is on its side.
I would love to see a 4080 or a 4090 in this form factor. You'd think the most efficient GPUs would be the most appropriate for small form factor. The 4060 is at the bottom of efficiency in the series.
@@M4rio21 For sure it'd be at a premium price, since there probably wouldn't be a strong demand for power limited high-end components. But damn, imagining a tiny power limited 4090 that still gives you over double the performance of this 4060 while also being cooler because of the larger die size, paired with a power limited 7800x3d/7950x really tingles my brain for some reason. We seem to forget the higher end the components are in these tiny builds, the less power and heat is generated for the same performance.
@@netnomad47 I mean, maybe not in this specific case, but it can be just a tiny bit bigger. The smallest 4090 so far is only 3.5cm longer and 0.8cm wider, from AlphaCool. Just gotta turn it into a tiny fan version.

Great ad, honestly. I enjoy watching how you approach paid promotions this way. Keep it up. Case review and build were great too, but that's business as usual for you! 😀 If Gemcase is reading this, the lack of website and the need to join a Discord community is a major turnoff.
Gemcases is a tiny outfit based in Ukraine, so they have bigger concerns to worry about, as a result of the situation there. I, for one, appreciate how responsive they are on Discord and my C9 arrived in England within a few days of my placing the order. They listen to feedback from us early adopters and consider changes for future revisions, too. Definitely a company I don’t mind supporting.
I’ve talked with Gemcase and they’re working on a website, it’s just taking some time. Discord is a good way for people to get the case before the website is officially running.
Case looks very similar to mine (densium 4+ v2), but is even smaller. Might upgrade to this case when the low profile 5060 releases, assuming it's decent for price/efficiency

One thing I feel people don't consider about SFF is the improvement in power supply's. Ideally there will eventually be a 750watt Flex sized PSU and that will really revolutionize SFF systems imo.
No need, 600W is more than enough for anything you can physically fit in a SFF case. I actually run this build with the exact same case and mobo and a 7800X3D CPU with a 250W sustained power fanless GaN PSU from HDPlex. It’s plenty of power for this spec, even under full load stress testing.
@@_TrueDesire_as I said,600W FlexATX and 500W HDPlex GaN PSUs are available to buy today and that’s more than enough to power any tiny SFF build. If you want to shove a 14900K and a 4090 into a small case, you’ll need a bigger chassis to physically fit that graphics card, something like an NR200P, at which point you may install a 850W SFX PSU. That should cover all bases.
i think for this form factor you can build 4.5-5 l with classic layout (no riser), low profile 2 slot, flex psu, and then you can fit a higher cp cooler like a 7cm one
