I just built in this using an OEM Dell 4070 dual-fan. It actually accommodates a 2.5 slot gpu because mine is 50mm thick and still has a few mm clearance from the top panel. You're mostly limited by a max length of 215mm. The Gigabyte Windforce 2x 4070 is also a card that fits & has more market availability than a secondhand OEM offering.

The case is so beautiful, but man that price is insane.

Cool, I feel solid about choosing sff pc. I want upgradeability. Only had a switch for many years, tired of the low power and no modding and the way they never drop their prices on flagship games. I know the research path I need to walk now, lots to learn.

curious what you wouldve changed if this was gaming focused. Seeing the two options could help someone new like me understand the options and why!

Actually with the Tiny board of the 5090, you could probably build a cpu style cooler for it, wouldn't fit most cases but would be an interesting project

I got simmilar problem my pc has Ryzen 7 5700X, NVIDIA RTX 4060 8GB also 7 Fans so idk how I can downgrade the size

I like it. It looks great. It's innovative. Don't like the handle solution at all though and that PCI Express solution. Yikes! For a second, I even considered it as a replacement for my wife's chassis replacement. The problem(s): Proprietary. I do like the axial fan though. I have used similar units on various narrows projects for home over the years. They work well. It's not easy to find replacements though.

For me, if you are going to buy intel, go for 12th gen. I don't think the performance upgrades to 13 and 14th gen are that crazy, same architecture basically, but with the oxidation problems, and more expensive. I got a dell optiplex for $400 that had a i7-12700k in it, and for the price, it is a virtualizing beast. The E cores are great for virtualization, in my opinion, especially since they are dynamically assigned.

I copied this build almost exactly except I used an i5-13500T as I had a mini PC with that CPU. Everything went together well in the end. However, it should be noted that the clearance between the GPU fan and side panel is EXTREMELY tight. When I first powered it it, the GPU fan was rubbing against the side panel. After I took it apart, loosened the GPU screws and pushed the GPU in gently and retightened the screws, it no longer rubbed against the side panel; however, even gripping the case while it's running will cause enough pressure for the fan to rub. Also, when fitting in the MB, and the rest of the components for the first time, the fit has very low tolerances, so you have to keep readjusting it until the backplate fits flush with the rear of the case; I personally had to remove the PSU, fit the motherboard in the case and then put in the PSU. Still a pretty straight forward build. It also should be noted that the give you the option of mounting the side panels a little farther away which will leave a small gap between the panels and the case, but it will accommodate slightly larger GPUs or allow for more airflow if desired.

This case looks sick! It’s almost perfect but the sad thing is that Deepcool is banned in the US now.

I have a really hard time believing those CPU numbers with that cooling setup.

This build looks sick! I'm looking at down sizing my PC from the Meshify C that I've been for the past few years. The front panel does look really cheap but now they have a wooden option which looks so much better. I was trying to look for other alternatives for the size but it's hard. Are you still using this same build or have you changed anything since this was uploaded?

But what about the GPU hanging off like that? Isn't going to end up damaged in the end? Or did you apply some kind of support?

2:07 when I open up it up it shows me the classic msi overlay on the top left and I can't touch that. And when I ignored it, it still shows in my games now with both the classic and the new version. Help pls
