It's worse. I had the v3 may have missed the odd shot around the green. New one is missing full iron shots from Fairway and between 8-10 per round. I'm returning it
@@grindanothe touch screen was super finicky. At times it would wig out and keep switching screens when it wasnt touched at all. Other times a portion of the screen wouldn’t respond to touch. If they had a setting where you could disable the touch screen and only use the wheel and button I’d rather do that. Also the battery life was terrible. The only way you’d squeeze 2 rounds outta that watch is if you had 2.5-3hr rounds. A busy course, slow round of 4.5-5hrs would leave the battery at like 20%. Luckily I bought it less than 3 weeks before the V5 came out, so I exchanged it and even got money back. V5 is where it’s at
@5:08 Best to record the putts when standing at the hole.
I have the H4 (belt) now but the problem with that is that i always lose it. Just bought the v5 and that would fix the problem
Does the V5 come with Connex or is that sold separately?
How does this compare to the Garmin s62?
Good review but some of the screen shots on the app look a bit useless where you don’t have any information just graphs?
No slope feature is disappointing. Great offering otherwise
If the shot registration is as consistent as the last few generations i wouldn’t bother. Requires too much editing after a round.

I have an X5. Total garbage. Worst money I ever spent on golf equipment.
I’m looking into getting a gps watch, shotscope seems to have the best value, what didn’t you like about the X5?

what about practice swings? do you need to adjust the watch before and after if using the club sensors?
was gonna ask the same thing
You don't need to worry about practice swings. It only registers the shot you hit.
