    Getting your core strong is super important to help prevent back pain and improve posture and overall strength.
    Pilates workouts help your body get strong from the inside-out so you can sculpt, tone and strengthen then entire body in a balanced way.
    This workout is suitable for beginner to intermediate level - if you are a beginner at Pilates or fitness exercise, take breaks throughout and complete the best amount that you can, building up each week.
    Focus on deep breathing and tightening your 'core' and 'tummy' muscles - pulling in navel to spine for deep core work throughout.
    There is also some full body challenges to get all your muscles working together nicely.

    ***** Hi everyone!! YES I know the background music is NOT ideal. Since this video, the editor has changed the type and volume of music used so I hope you can still enjoy this video. There are a couple of videos with this feedback so I do apologise!!! When I was starting out doing this I did not think to check the editor's choice of music (rookie error!!!) nor did I understand the full effect of music, now I do and I really appreciate your comments and feedback in staying so helpful and positive about this.

    30 mins Pilates including routines is the fav for me Vanessa. Perhaps you can direct me to more recent vids, without a band, as I dont have one at the mo. Love and blessings from sunny blustery Brighton UK💓

    Thank you Vanessa❤️ I enjoyed trying this workout this morning. I like the routines of several moves transitioning. This is inspiring for me and brings a flow. Also like the filming in nature. Music can be something more flowing and peaceful to enhance the vibe🙏🌈🦄

    great workout although less ideal background noise! Could you make an advance pilate full-body toning and sculpture exercise video with 30-45 min length? Thanks

    Your stock background music makes this hard to watch. The best way to go in my opinion is no music at all. Still giving you a like though.
