Getting your core strong is super important to help prevent back pain and improve posture and overall strength.
Pilates workouts help your body get strong from the inside-out so you can sculpt, tone and strengthen then entire body in a balanced way.
This workout is suitable for beginner to intermediate level - if you are a beginner at Pilates or fitness exercise, take breaks throughout and complete the best amount that you can, building up each week.
Focus on deep breathing and tightening your 'core' and 'tummy' muscles - pulling in navel to spine for deep core work throughout.
There is also some full body challenges to get all your muscles working together nicely.
