    Dear Vanessa, I love your workouts! I found you after struggling through several trendy youtube fitness videos and realized your instructions and expertise made my workouts more enjoyable and I also felt better afterwards. I've since subscribed and look forward to your new videos!
    One question: I struggle keeping my legs straight when I lift them up - any advice or other videos I could try to improve that? Thank you!

You have a few playlists to check out, so do explore in your own time🤗 With being able to straighten your legs, it's about leg flexibility, hip mobility and lower back mobility too. Do work on some workouts with those muscles, check out playlists for this, plus total body Pilates on that Playlist will also help as you do lots of dynamic leg moves integrated with core and mobility as well as strength 💪do let me know of your progress and if you need any help ok!
