In this video I take you through a sculpting and strengthening workout using a theraband.
You will work your abs / core, shoulders and back muscles in a nice, controlled flow of exercises that will challenge you!
Therabands are a great way to build your strength and sculpt your body without the use of weights, a great alternative that will get you results in shaping your muscles.

Fantastic band/Pilates workout for abs & arms. So much better than 3 & 10months ago. I was feeling rather energized on this hot/humid day. I was with you for majority of workout. Pointer is my downfall. I was able to stretch opposite leg back and work arm with band. Thanks Vanessa. 😊❤️

I think this went a lot better than the last time. I did the v-up and arm combo, mind you not extremely well but I did it. I feel like my little belly gets in the way of closing the v as much as I feel like I'm supposed to. Huge improvement overall though.

Love combining the band with Pilates workout. I didn’t push to intermediate level with routine, but stayed more at beginner level since just getting to feeling better. My balance, stability and stamina continue to improve and surprise me. Thanks Vanessa ☺️❤️

Genius workout. More than arms and abs, nice inclusion of some leg things. This is perfect for my days between short runs outside. Challenging enough that I will repeat this a few times.

Another great band workout. Balance continues to improve. I had to do side with straight legs from elbows. But got the push-ups. Thanks Vanessa. ☺️❤️

This went better than the first time. Still having difficulty holding the v-ups with arms.

Hi Julie haha thank you for the comment! It's taken years to get to that point. Keep at it! These videos have the benefit of almost doing 'cardio' because of the increase in muscle use so it's normal to feel out of breath 🤗✌ Do subscribe and enjoy all the other videos too!
Could you explain the different strengths of the color bands?
Hi Debbie! It really depends on the brand, every resistance band brand is different in their colour scheme and which ones are harder or easier. Sorry to not be able to give more specifics but it depends on brand and where you live as to what's available too. Just check with the brand you are buying as to their colouring system. 🤗👌
