    Thank you! Vanessa, I am from Sunny Singapore and just found your channel. It is so detailed and very well explained. I simply love the way you expained the basic so clearly . I joined a group pilates class at a local community centre late 2017 for about 10mths. I stopped late last year. Sadly, the teacher is not as good as you, not much explanation done. Thank you once again and I will now follow your exercises on your channel.

    I have a question about the leg pull excercise. I start with my arms underneath my shoulders but when I move my legs my hand move forwards away from underneath my shoulders. Is that normal for beginners.

      Hello Sarah, yes that's normal for beginners but try not to 🤗 do your best to keep that alignment, keep practicing ok. Also make sure your abdominals are pulled in and slow it down, even if you do two repetitions correctly then build it up. Try my other videos aswell for variety and keeping your muscles building in strength ok. Let me know if you need any help ok 🤗👌

    It can reduce fat ? Make us slim ?

      +Rheiry Augie hey there! Yes it can reduce fat by boosting the metabolism. Although Pilates is not 'technically' a fat burning workout like running / aerobics etc, myself and many clients have reshaped our waistlines and lost inches due to building muscle strength and 'leaning out' the body. You need to do it at least 3 -5 times a week for fat burning, not just once a week though :-) Also add in some walking /jogging before it for extra results. Hope this helps:)

    So called music burbling in the back ground is very intrustive. Too irritating to do the work out, will find something else.
