What a warm, non-intimidating and welcoming way to get into Pilates! I’m a former dancer who hasn’t exercised in years and I’m very interested in Pilates. After this video I think I’m gonna continue! Thank you 🖤

I love your videos. You make 10/15/20 minutes videos go by like nothing. Not once am I looking at the clock wondering when I’m done, I don’t have time to because we Saul through everything. I’ve been able to maintain for the past two weeks because of this and I’m so happy.
    Thank you

Really appreciate you for breaking it down for us beginners and helping to understand the fundamentals! Also glad you kept in mind how different bodies may function throughout the workout and how to modify our movement. I'm still working on it all, especially the breathing through it and keeping my bellybutton pulled in, but I've been leaning on your instruction for a while now so it's coming along.
    Thanks so much!

I haven't been to the gym for my pilates class for weeks due to the coronavirus. Today, I just couldn't stand it any longer. I was so thrilled to stumble upon your videos. Words can not describe how excited I am. Thanks so much for providing these excercises. It had been so long that I need a brush up on even the basics and you covered those positions too. Thanks again.

I just wanted to say thanks for being so detailed with your explanations of proper form. Just watching this I learned how to correct my bad form with crunches, as it always made my neck and back sore before. It's amazing how many fitness "instructors" either have incorrect form themselves or do not bother to explain the correct form. Sincerely appreciate it

Really great explanation of basics. I've just started studying classical pilates at a studio, and beginning classes need to accommodate for a slightly faster pace, so there's no detailed description and education over the most basic movements. It's like trying to learn choreography to a type of dance routine without knowing the basic dance steps that make up the foundation (like trying to memorize a tap routine without knowing how to shuffle or flap). Your videos really help bridge that gap. Thanks!

Hi Jessica! I am clearly late to the party, but I just found your video and it was of amazing help! I have been trying to learn the basics of pilates and you just take it really easy to understand. Thank you so much
