One year ago today I started using your Pilates videos and along with workouts from Jake Mace (martial artist). I"m PROUD to say that I'm still going strong! I can't do all the kicking and punching moves on Jake's videos as I've got a lot of spinal damage to multiple vertebrae which includes nerve root compression and spinal cord signal loss. But your mat Pilates workouts have changed my life so much! It allows me to workout without putting stress and strain on my spine. I worked with my physical therapist to put together moves that are safe and effective for me from Jake's workouts that I can do on some days and I've made your mat Pilates workouts my mainstay. While I had been working out for about 4 years when I first started your workouts last year, you helped me improve my health so dramatically! I also worked with a dietitian to improve my dietary choices. While I've been eating healthy for 4 years, I never realized how much of a difference it can make when you pair the right foods together throughout the day! Not only do I fit back into my skinny jeans, I actually had to buy NEW skinny jeans because the old ones (which were my ultimate goal) are now too BIG! So a HUGE thank you to you. You've helped change my life!
So inspiring !! Plz can you share your eating habits? I m.trying to change my life with healthy eating and having advice from some one like you is very hwlpfull and inspiring..:)

I love her sequences they flow and are harmonious to the body and her breath cues are on point along with alignment and injury prevention, very important to me.. oh also she gives options for several levels. Her videos kick ass!

Rishi Singh Yes you should do this. In fact you will get great Abs from doing these classes, these are harder than they look. About 25% of the classes are done by men. This seems to be what we see in group fitness classes in our Gyms here too. Hope that helps. Enjoy.

"And seeing as we're side lying, it would be rude not to work the inner thighs." Haha! I crack up laughing at that every time. For the last workout with the triceps, is it alright to lift the legs a bit to switch on the abs and get an additional workout?
Dallas Dwayne Of course it's your workout. You may want to do warm up and cool down routines with this or mix it up with some cardio, we have these routines on our channel and a "boot camp" set of instructions with a diet plan on our website if you decide to get very serious! :) enjoy.
