I have stopped pilates for a year, and today getting back on this routine, it loosens my stiff muscles. It felt so good. This is really the best routine ever. Anyone who wants to have a whole body workout must try this routine.

Honestly feel so much better after this. I have sciatica and this just stretches everything out and eases everything up. Thank you for this, way better than painkillers haha.

I so appreciate Katie's consistent instruction on when to breathe in/out throughout the workout. It's more frequent than in other pilates workouts I've tried, and the reminder and training on when to breathe helps me feel like I'm doing each exercise more accurately and effectively. I tend to hold my breath on accident otherwise! Thank you Katie!

This felt challenging, but not inaccessible for a Pilates beginner. The cues were spot-on; I didn't feel need to watch the video the entire time because her verbal instruction was so clear and helpful.
Caity also has a 30 minute pilates that is really perfect for a rank beginner like myself. I've graduated to this 40 minute workout now and agree with elzixd below it goes fast and while a bit challenging, she shows modifications and you can alway stop playing and catch your breath (like I did , once!). Seeing result in my abs, and skiing recently, notice I can control better from my core.
One of the best Pilates videos I have seen online. Just the best. Amazing demonstration of the way Pilates are supposed to be done. I plan to start her Pilates program.

I really love how she emphasizes slowly with some of these exercises. You do see results with that. Quality over quantity. Better to do the exercise correct once than to do 100 of them wrong!
I always considered myself a hard gainer, but the reality was I had always had a lousy diet. As soon as I started following the Agoge diet, I started gaining muscle fast!

I really enjoyed the workout and I feel strong, stretched and relaxed. She was lovely and also helpful with giving tips about form. I'd definitely recommend this video.
Hi guys you have to remember we all have different bodies, different postures, and strength levels therefore not all ab exercises will work for everybody sometimes you may have to modify how you position your body to feel and get the best out of the exercise, pilates is what I recommend for core work Pilates is better for recovering after an injury as well , and improving posture, you're welcome to try out my pilates workouts if you wish

Love this workout, it flows good and she explains herself without wasting time.The stretching is good during the work out as having hypermobility syndrome I get uncomfortable and always want to stretch.Also she has a really nice body so its extra inspiring!

I'm loving this workout. It's challenging, but for a beginner like me, it's still manageable. And the whole dynamic of the workout is well thought through - I don't even notice the time flying which is important. For some of the workouts out there on RUclips I cannot wait to be done with. And the stretching in the end - oh, that was amazing! :)

is really hard to do the plank xD i lose it everytime, still my 4th day doing this exercise, so far i feel my body has improving, i can feel my body getting stronger, and the fat around my belly has gone a little bit, and the instructors is really well to explain. thanks for sharing this i can workout everyday at my house.

This is such a phenomenal workout! I am a regular cyclist and weight lifter but recently shattered my ankle. These videos have been a saving grace!
