9 years later and this is still by far the best Pilates workout ever!
I used muscles I've never used before (despite regularly going to the gym for the past 10 years} and I truly feel more stable , strong and my posture is much much better. I love that this is quick, highly effective and provides a full body exercise, and honestly I can go on and on about how much I love this workout.

Thanks Jann and Jackie. I am 50 years old, I am Italian and I suffer from backache since I was 18 years old. In 2016 I tried your workout as a joke. I believed I was dying. Today I regularly do three workouts a week, in the morning before breakfast. Then I go to the office. Thanks to your workout, back pain does not affect me in everyday life. Almost a year now since I discovered this and it has changed my life! Really. I have had several back injuries in the past with severe chronic pain. Doing these exercises 3 times a week has eliminated my pain. If I tapper them off my back lets me know. I used to waken in the morning with stiffness in my back but since I have followed this routine it is no longer the case. Can't thank you enough Jenn and Jackie.
Well, I'm still going with this. I like the way I am progressing and still finding it challenging which is what I like. I will keep doing this workout three times a week until I drop!
I have been using this workout for 6 weeks now and I can honestly say it has made such a difference to me. Thank you so much! My chronic back pain is ninety eight per cent better. My spine will never be perfect because I have degenerative disc disease but the workout has made my muscles strong eliminating the pain I used to have. I'm 65 years old and will continue to practice forever! Thanks again Jann and Jackie you are truly professional.

I've been doing this twice a week, including two other days for cardio, for the last two months and I've dropped an inch on my waist. Amazing!
This workout is one of the best I've done in a long time. While other HIIT-guided workouts make me feel like I'm dying (not in a good way - like a "I cannot think or breathe" type of way) this one pushes me to my best abilities but the instructions are so clear and the voices are so calm that I feel very comfortable and soothed throughout. Please keep doing these. Thank you so much!

I suffered with severe back pain for years. I have been doing this routine twice weekly for 8 months and have not had any pain since I started. Thanks for such a great, professional workout. I'm age 65 by the way.
Started doing this workout regularly 2 years ago (later in life/out of shape) and unusually for me I stuck with it, entirely due to the fantastic instructions and positivity of Jenn and Jackie, but also because of the amazing results- longer/leaner/stronger for sure. Slacked off last year due to life challenges, but now back at it, and I can’t thank these instructors enough- they are angels ❤❤

I have been doing pilates for over 10 years with a brilliant instructor. Of course we are now grounded so I have been working with this 20 min session for 3 weeks now, 3 or 4 mornings a week. It is truly stretching and satisfying but I felt I really needed my previous knowledge. I combine it with a 15 min cardio session for 'seniors' each evening using slightly heavier weights - the two sessions are really complimentary and make my duty days caring for my daughter's horses much easier for me. Excellent workout for those with not a lot to time. Super challenging but explained in a way that someone new to pilates can understand and slowing the pace gives participants a chance to tweak their form to the cues but also adds to the intensity of the workout! Nicely done!

I live in Seoul South Korea and have so very little time to exercise with work and my two boys. But this pilates work out is the best. It takes care of strengthening so many of my weaker parts that I'm in the process of healing and balancing. Thank you!!

I lasted 10 minutes...that music is so repetitive...I'm so agitated now. Obviously not for ADD people who can't just tune it out.

They are right. Stick with this and it works. I remember in 2018 I did these for one month straight. I didn’t miss a day and my body got in the best shape ever leaner, taller and stronger. I had a really great date that night and I felt fantastic. I felt 10 feet tall and I had a great time because of it, it was the cherry on the top of my date when you look good you feel great I strayed and now I’m back. Also at that time I was taking a Lyft and Uber. two Driver‘s invited me to dinner and others flirted I said no thank you and when I got out the car and he waited on me to leave he said you have a really great figure your shape is so nice. I knew it was because of dreaming green girls Pilates work out. I want to say thanks again ladies I plan to go for a long time doing these 30 days straight then I’ll go into the three or four times a week whatever my preference, but nothing less than three times a week. Thanks so much.😊

struggling with horrific back pain and doing my stretches the doctor gave me with these people and the music is helpful although im not able to do what these ladies are doing - hopeful 4 one day

11-15-18 Wt 168, Bust 34, Waist 34, Hips 40.5, Thigh 23.5
My first workout was great. I am adjusting to a few injuries and weak areas. My rotator cuff on the left side was injured at work about a month ago. I have pretty much left it along to heal but need to move it so it doesn't stick! On that I adjust the time on the side plank and also just holding my arms to the side is difficult. I also have two "brand new-ish" knees from stem cell. I am extremely slow and careful on any lateral movements.
Second workout was today 11-18-18. I hung in there a little longer. I really like this simple workout because I CAN do it and I feel I've used lots of muscles during it by following your directions. Both of you are doing a great job reminding me. I did have a Q: my pilates instructor in Utah always talked about mermaid feet when executing. Is this what you think too? Point or flex?

Thank you for this great workout. I'm 65 and have suffered with back pain for years following an injury. I'm familiar with yoga but have not tried Pilates until I found this video. I've only done it twice and my muscles really know it! And it's only 20 minutes long. I found it challenging but it will make me a lot stronger. Just what I need.

My favourite pilates workout I've found! Such a good full body routine that pushes you just the right amount. I have been recovering from concussion the past 2 months so had to find a good at home routine, alternated this with yoga for flexibility each day and feel more toned than ever! Thanks, hope you guys make more videos together!
Thanks Jenn & Jackie, I can feel this workout on my month long trip to Europe. Thanks for helping me stay in shape while I am away from my apartment in Vancouver. These pilates exercises help me with my ice skating practice as well as being physically fit as I age.

I'm a very fit girl but I've been sick for a week. Basically suffered from extreme exhaustion which affected my heart, caused headaches, dizzy spells and blurred vision. I still don't feel too well but I decided, it's been a week and I'm going to just start again with this simple pilates routine. Got some muscles fired up and I think it will be a good way to ease my body back into Hitt training. Tnx for a good workout :)
I completely agree! I have been going through a lot of health issues these past couple of weeks (UTI, being diagnosed with Endometriosis) && this exercise is just enough of a challenge to get me going again without exhausting me. Such a great workout! Glad I could find it (:
