This is a standing pilates strength flow focused on the lower body, including glutes and legs. Core strength and stability, form and alignment, and a little bit of balance are the foundation of this workout. The only thing you’ll need is a mat!
This is a perfect routine for when you are looking for something quick and focused, and would prefer to remain standing. It’s ideal for beginner levels, but is also great as an intermediate routine if you are looking for a slower and more controlled pace.
Although this workout is part of a Pilates Sculpt and Tone 30-Day series, it’s perfect as a solo standing pilates routine as well!

Thank you SO much for keeping us strong and healthy! We have a wonderful group of women who have been exercising together at our community center for a number of years. On our own during Covid we started exercising by Zoom to RUclips videos. Your standing Pilates is included among these.Your instructions are so clear and concise, and your sequencing is spot on. Thank you for sharing your videos!!! FYI--our group ranges in age from 50s to 80s!!! We rock. LOL

Working in a standing position is nice for a change. I struggle with tightness in my right hip area and am generally a bit creaky when getting up and down. Your explanations and pace are good for me. Keep up the good work!
