Pilates is my absolute favorite! 🤗 It helped me get back into my favorite jeans 👖 😊 Eventually they were too big after I lost more weight. And that was a real head trip for me. Throwing out my favorite jeans 👖 because they were too big 🤦 I never imagined I'd see that day! 😊

Needed something low impact today… redid this one. Got my heart rate up and didn’t stress my joints. Love the mix of weights and Pilates
