*was cramping heavily this morning (cycle) and didn’t feel like working out but knew i would feel so much better afterward and i most definitely do! the first song motivated me right off the bat for the warm up. 406 active calories burned and 502 total calories burned! also loved the catwalk move!*

Wow instant subscribe! Your cueing is spot on! I usually second guess when an instructor says "right" vs "left" but you are on top of that. And the way you time your moves to intense parts of songs is excellent. You rekindled my love of Piyo. From another Michele but with One L :)

PiYO is the type of workout you need to do again and again to nail down the moves. Once you do the music takes over and your in a different place. Kinda magical at times.

Finished off my Saturday with this. Perfect! I know you always say to work smarter rather than longer, but my body seems to need at least 11/2 hours to 2 to feel complete. Hopefully I’m still getting the benefits. I think I am😜

Great workout, but ads placed in the middle of sections, disruptive. I don’t mind ads when they’re placed at breaks, but in middle of flow defeats the purpose of workout bc you lose the burn.
So I just checked… I’m not able to control the ads as I’m ineligible for monetization due to copyright claims. In other words I am not paid for this content because I used music that I don’t own. Whomever has these rights is collecting money from my video because I used their music.
Hope you enjoyed the double full body and are seeing the benefits of body weight training! Tone and sculpt arms, legs and core.
