I like to call this particular piyo my “no excuses” workout! There are days when time is tight or I just don’t feel like doing my workout and I love being able to squeeze in something as opposed to doing nothing! I’d love more of these all flow 20 minute piyo routines! You’re the best and I am grateful for you 😘
For a total beginner that has never done piyo and is totally unsure of the names of movements, this was good. I got so sweaty! LoL I had to pause a few times to be able to look at what you're doing, but hopefully I'll get the hang of the moves after a few times. 🤞

@@MichelleBriehler After all this time I came back to this one. I'm more out of practice than I thought. Haven't done piyo in a while and it showed 😂. I tried to do your 45 minute piyo with weights and ten minutes in I'm like no I gotta go easy on myself lol. So here I am back to this just twenty minutes one. This was challenging too but at least I knew it was over sooner hahaha. Thank you much
@@ivymok7018 Not sure of your question. To increase bone density exercise can help, lifting weights, certain cardio, your diet, age, SUNSHINE, and another is genetics.

Haha going from low to high and side to center is always a bit rough... Do it another time or two and you'll be flowing through like a pro!
