I l❤️ved this active recovery option. I’ve been pushing hard, this is EXACTLY what I needed today. The extended stretch is such a gift…my 63 year old body thanks you. So interesting to see you jump without shoes, it’s truly an individual thing. I began rebounding barefoot, I jump without shoes 95% of the time. Shoes feel cumbersome & I’m afraid I’ll trip if I wear them. (I am NOT graceful!😂) Thank you again for this amazing workout. 🥰

this was fun and the ending so relaxing that I couldn't do the core challenge. LOL did the 15 min kickboxing, 12 min arms and then this. Great workout for me - not too strenuous, just right. thanks
You always have great classes. I loved that this warmed me up and then focused on stretch and recovery because once the workout is over, I usually don't make time to stretch independently. Thank you!

Spent 7 hours yesterday assembling a child's wooden playset. Wanted to give my body a little break today, but didn't want to completely take the day off. This was PERFECT!! Felt great and I feel as though I did enough to get my metabolism started for the day, and my body stretched out and ready! Thanks.

This video is really good for my time after all day exhausted work, if I still want to do some exercise. And if I want to do one week or one month exercise plan, this video is good to be the interval.

I’ve learned that what is called zone two (heart rate zones) is the range for fat burning, and three is carb burning. I figure it’s the science between how hard you work out and what’s happening inside it. It’s okay. The more I think about it, it wouldn’t be the same for everyone. I think I need to be in better shape. 🤦🏼♀️ Forget I asked.
