    Michelle, I gave been using this stretch once a week to reset… I would like more 30-minute reset/restore stretches please!

    It feels so good to just take care of yourself and listen to your body. This workout helps center your thoughts. Day 11 accomplished :)

    Did a RUclips gentle walking workout 2 miles. They said it was for an active recovery day. Then I came and did this mobility flow. Loved it. Modified as needed. Thanks Michelle. Michelle, is it okay to do this walking workout on an active recovery day? I usually take several 10 or 15 mile slow walks too. Your thoughts?
