Wonderful - but challenging workout. Thank you Isa - the view was gorgeous too..as I was dying with the side planks and those v-sits. You look so elegant -even with only 3 hrs sleep...me not so much but it's a work in progress!
I just can’t do the rollups ;-( Have been doing your NY challenge and repeating daily to build core strength, hopefully this will help at one point. Perhaps my technique is incorrect
don't sweat it, it will come...Roll ups can take months of practice before you can do one...so just keep practicing and be patient with it. You need spinal flexibility, core strength + the right breathing xxx give it some time xx
