1 hour ON SPOT Upper Body Workout

  • This workout is fun, changes things up with your weights and style of moving that will create new results and excitement for you and your muscles. :)
    Start with a warm up.
    Then I have 3 combos and in each combo there is 4 drills, you do each drill for 45 seconds then move to the next drill. YOu can go down the list straight or you can do each combo 3 times through then move to the next one. Always adding x10 burpees after each combo so in the end your doing 90 burpees.
    Add that 1 min Free style in after each round so in the end you have done 3 minutes of it.
