    Try this upper body work out with me, under 15 minutes and your arms will be feeling it! Grab weights, soup cans, water bottles whatever you have around you and let's go!!!
    In this 12 minute workout we do everything you need to cover to get the perfect tank top arms. If you want to know how to get perfect shoulders, arms, and upper body just do this workout. You will see very quick and feel the next day how it works all the key areas.
    When its time to toss on a tank top we all want the perfect shoulders, arms, and upper body. Let's work for it and feel great!
    Remember, working out is less then half the battle. You have to eat right. Eat good foods, stay consistent with your workouts, and try other workouts too. There are so many on youtube, check them out all.

    Love the weekly updates ! Question, aren't Lateral raisers & Flies the same movement just position differently? If not, what muscle groups are the targest?? A
