      Doing great! 57 and still able to do most of what I want to. Gotta keep up with three grandchildren. Staying in shape and staying strong is the key. Your channel is a big part of that! Thank you! I hope you realize you make a difference in many people's lives. Please keep doing what you do! XO

    Hey Daniella, ever thought of using just one weight, that way you offset the body and now you work out also diagonally across the core, so 10 reps weighted one side and then the other except for the one with your feet of course xx john

      Oh ya one weight kills, we do it in class a lot. I believe I have a video with one weight I will check and if not I will make one. Def adds a whole new level to it!

      awesome! I've been doing Extreme abs 1, 2 and 3 in a row with ankle weights and it kills!!!!!!
