Hey Daniella, ever thought of using just one weight, that way you offset the body and now you work out also diagonally across the core, so 10 reps weighted one side and then the other except for the one with your feet of course xx john
Oh ya one weight kills, we do it in class a lot. I believe I have a video with one weight I will check and if not I will make one. Def adds a whole new level to it!
