  • BREATH
    Phase 1- WARM UP
    Phase 2- CARDIO PLANK : 30 sec each drill x 5 sets through
    1- LADDERS
    2-PLANK CLIMBERS
    3- POWER JACKS
    4- PLANK JACKS
    5- LOW IN/OUTS
    6- PLAN K IN/OUTS
    Phase 3- MAT MOVER : 1 min each drill x 3 sets through
    1- PLANK WALKS L----- R WITH A POWER JUMP
    2- BOX WALK UP AND DOWN WITH X 3 POP UP PUSHUPS
    3- PLANK UP DOWNS ON THE MOVE L----R WITH X 6 POWER LUNGES
    4- SPIDER WALKS UP AND DOWN WITH X 2 BURPEES
    Phase 4- FOUR POINT FOOTBALLERS: 20 sec 4 point move 10 sec footballers
    1- TUCKS ---- FOOTBALLER
    2- 4 POINT HOPS ---- FOOTBALLER
    3- MT. CLIMBERS ---- FOOTBALLER
    4- 4 POINT IN/OUTS ----- FOOTBALLER
    Phase 5- SUPERMANS & BRIDGES : 1 MIN EACH 3-5 MIN
    1- SUPERMAN
    2 RIGHT LEG BRIDGE
    3- LEFT LEG BRIDGE
    Phase 6- COOL DOWN
    Have fun with this one, people always want to work their abs, so kick this one at them and they will be feeling it for days if you push them to full reps with great form.

    Actually did stumble upon this channel some time back, absolutely blessed to have found it. With all this going on, I hope you are doing ok, I know alot of trainers are feeling this awfulness. I just pray you are doing well. Thanks for all the creative hard work, I'm sure your people miss you.
