Great video! I had to swap out the fuel pump module, and decided to also replace the fuel filter since I bought my truck used and didn't know when (if?) it was last changed. Your video helped save me time locating it, and the fuel pressure relief was another great idea. I also sliced my filter open (morbid curiosity) since the remaining fuel leaking out was dark grey colored - it looked like someone / something squeezed the center of the paper element into an hourglass shape. ANYWAY, thanks for the detailed video!

Thanks man, it worked perfectly. My tool used to separate the filter from the line was slightly different. Once you said it took a 5/16, I bought just that one for four bucks.

Nice grt video but one thing you forgot to mention was the flow of gas goes towards the engine. Some people 🙄 do not realize that.

Thank you sir. You are a blessing. My truck is a 4.2L not your kind, but same year. I don't think much can change. I didn't get the clips or anything just the filter... Should I have bought the clips to?

Bossofeverythin yeah everything should work good. It’s made out of aluminum so the filter itself won’t rust. Just gets dirty.
