Large Green Paramecium: Found in small stream in Asheville, NC 02/25/2024 Vol 2

I collected this water specimen in Asheville, North Carolina from a very small and shallow stream. I let the water sit in a sunny window for a few days and found this large paramecium. Very colorful as well. Magnification is around 400X. I used the Swift 380T Trinocular microscope, and an attached Sony a7rIII camera for the filming.
