For a human study, that’s about all you’re ever gonna get. There’s several good scientific reasons that we don’t include bigger human studies and that’s mainly because of the control factors involved. That’s why we study mice instead. Also, you have to realize anytime the medical field as in the Doctor Who did this video says that there’s bias she’s correct. One when a lab sponsors a study it doesn’t mean right away that they fabricated and lied what it means is if they don’t get a favorable result they’ll just bury it or not publish it or throw it away . And I guess yes they could be really deceitful and just make shit up but it’s more likely that they’ll just not publish and unfavorable result. Also, since the video author is a doctor medical doctors will always default back to the medical field of training, which says stuff like this is not supposed to work. So I can also see the bias on her side as well

So I can also see the bias on her side as well
I have been using it for 1 year, no side effects, and it helps... highly recommend a concentrated version.
Where do you get yours?
@@maxlift2724 I ordered it online from a reseller in the US, it was a very concentrated form, so I take only a small amount daily, like a grain of rice size, and I put it in my coffee. I can look up the reseller, but it was called Pure Himalayan Shilajit...look them up and look for the solid version.
Your video cut/ editted ..parts of video taken ...to promote shilajit.
@Dr. Rena Malik: The side effects are probably adjacent to seafood specifically seashell allergies.
-If you are taking Shilajit, do you even know what you are taking?

Thank you for presenting these topics.
As a 6'1" 180 black guy born in 83 I started taking shilajit in 2020. It sent my sexual stamina through the roof along with my appetite 😅. I think working the grocery warehouse job which I compared to doing 10 hours of crossfit a day played a part too. I'm currently not taking shilajit but plan to buy some to see what effect it has this go around.
What brand of shilajit were you taking?
Anybody in here a coffee drinker that uses it? I'm curious I'm about to start my first experience with shilajit
Another brand out there AlP-85( I think
