    I started taking shilajit back in March and it really helps my immune system out a lot I’m not congested anymore and my acne disappeared also. I really like it.

      Given that i can't imagine Shilajit mixing very well with any significant amount of dairy in your diet it is highly more likely that the reduction in dairy is responsible for your skin clearing up and not the Shilajit lol!

      @christopherdsuza7531 17 дней назад

      Yes, but anecdotally they have been used for centuries not just for testosterone but also for other numerous health benefits (with 85+ minerals), with little side effect as long as you get one from a trusted source - people swear by the stuff. Don't underestimate the power of word of mouth. Problem with a lot of drugs now days is that you take one and than you got to take another to alleviate the side effects of the one you took and so forth - not that they are not helpful, they certainly work and sometimes better. But, I would only rely on drugs if its really necessarily and would rather try to fix it through diet and super-foods first.

    • @Purriah

Running a clinical trial has 4 phases, involves hundreds of people patients, sites and networks of hospitals, and tens if not hundreds of millions of dollars, while supplements studies can only include 80 participants, and a few observers like this one. I was sceptical...
    Depressed for 4/5 years.
    Started taking it because a friend suggested.
    Almost 2 hrs after taking it I could feel my energy changing.
    Sleeping deeply. Waking sexuslly aroused.
    Mentally stronger and calmer.
    6 Mt's in now... it's starting to level out.
    But my energy n sleep is really really good

    Yes this is an important topic since silajeet is a very well known male hormone booster since ages, it is specially popular in the subcontinent for it's testosterone boosting effects and it is specially brought from the northern areas of the subcontinent and sold. According to the tests you presented in this video silajeet definitely showed some promising results but overdose is always bad so being careful is necessary. About taking silajeet for long term, well when the T-levels get boosted, one should discontinue it. Nothing should be taken beyond it's requirement.

    Hello you mentioned “endocrine disrupting chemicals” and said to drink from glass.
    Can you do a video on how drinking water from plastic bottled water can “disrupt the endocrine”?
    I am a male, I’ve been drinking Evian plastic bottled water for over 10 years, I had a thyroid issue where my endocrinologist said that my thyroid levels are so high and asked if I went to Chernobyl lol😂
    I’m wondering if drinking water from plastic bottles disrupts the endocrine ? Thanks

    • @cajampa
      @cajampa 4 месяца назад

      You know it does. You are a proof of it. Plastic contains ftalater and Things like bisphenol. And various heavy metals. Like cadmium/lead/chroimun and all kind of nasties. As well as microplastics. Just do some searches on it and you will find all the evidence you need.

    For a human study, that’s about all you’re ever gonna get. There’s several good scientific reasons that we don’t include bigger human studies and that’s mainly because of the control factors involved. That’s why we study mice instead.
    Also, you have to realize anytime the medical field as in the Doctor Who did this video says that there’s bias she’s correct. One when a lab sponsors a study it doesn’t mean right away that they fabricated and lied what it means is if they don’t get a favorable result they’ll just bury it or not publish it or throw it away . And I guess yes they could be really deceitful and just make shit up but it’s more likely that they’ll just not publish and unfavorable result. Also, since the video author is a doctor medical doctors will always default back to the medical field of training, which says stuff like this is not supposed to work. So I can also see the bias on her side as well
