Honestly speaking, I walk around 2 to 3 kms a day while pursuing my daily chores. While watching your video I felt confident as somehow somewhere I have good habits that keep me fit, one of which is walking daily around 2 to 3 kms.

Ligament problem must be addressed appropriately or else it would be a reason for chronic knee pain. My suggestion is to meet an Orthopedic surgeon for consultation, and this would also require an MRI to know the exact state of ligaments and then decide accordingly whether conservative management is good, or some surgery needs to be done. 15 mins se start Karen. dheere dheere time aur speed dono badhayen. Kam se kam 30 mins jarur karen brisk walk. Jald results milenge.
