    Namaste sir,..muje chrodomacial patella hai...to kya mein brisk walk Kar Sakta hu?...My age is 38....aur sir Kuch age ke baad body mein se calcium Kam hone Lagta hai?...means baad mein calcium yukt khorak lene ke bavjud bhi calicum nai badhega?

      NO, YOU CAN NOT DO BRISK WALK. . YOU HAVE TO MONITOR CALCIUM LEVEL TIME TO TIME BY BLOOD TEST IN OLD AGE.
