NO, YOU CAN NOT DO BRISK WALK. . YOU HAVE TO MONITOR CALCIUM LEVEL TIME TO TIME BY BLOOD TEST IN OLD AGE.

Excess walking is harmful, you can walk 1000 steps per day is more than enough.
Per day 1 -3 km enough i think
FURKHAN HASAN mimnimum 4 kms in fourty minutes
