सरजी मै पंचेचालीस सालसे व्यायाम प्राणायाम कर रहा हूं।मेरी ऊमर 63 साल है।मै बीस साल के ऊमर से मेरा बजन 63 किलो है।आज भी 63 ही है ।और चार महीने से नंगे पाव रात का खाना रात के आठ बजे खाना खाने के बाद रोज तिन किलो मिटर नंगे पाव चलता हूँ ।मुझे कुछ भी बिमारी आजतक छू नही सकी।धन्यवाद 🌹🌹🙏🙏🌹🌹
