    Very useful information Manoj ji. No one else has touched this issue and advised this. I myself feel more comfortable walking barefoot rather than with footwear on.

Winter me to thik he pr garmi o me to garmi sr chadjati thi.... Thanks or mene aaj se hi nange pav chalna shuru kr diya vese me jogging krtahu pr aaj me dedh km nange pav chala.     सरजी मै पंचेचालीस सालसे व्यायाम प्राणायाम कर रहा हूं।मेरी ऊमर 63 साल है।मै बीस साल के ऊमर से मेरा बजन 63 किलो है।आज भी 63 ही है ।और चार महीने से नंगे पाव रात का खाना रात के आठ बजे खाना खाने के बाद रोज तिन किलो मिटर नंगे पाव चलता हूँ ।मुझे कुछ भी बिमारी आजतक छू नही सकी।धन्यवाद
