I wake up early in the morning at 5 'O'clock & walk for 14-15 km nonstop every day. I don't feel tired at all when I walk. Because, I start my walking with great enthusiasm and it gives me energy as well as inspiration to cover up that much long distance within appropriate time limit.

Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 min workout you can loose 2 to 3 kgs in month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly slowly.

Any suggestions, anyone? I'm 70 and live in the west. I'm also walking now in the cold weather. In 8 mos. I have lost 20 lbs.

Very informative video! Walking must be enjoyed and not be treated like a hard task. People who drive and not walk, to everywhere, are missing out on the good health that walking brings. A sedentary lifestyle causes ill-health and boredom. Diabetes doesn't need medication but exercise, and walking is a form of exercise. Stress goes and sleep comes upon doing a stretch of walking. I can go on and on about the merits of walking.

100%true. I am 63 and walking regularly since I was 22 and overweight. Feeling good now. I cheat a bit on eating but strict on walking.

30 mins walk per day is less, body starts heating only after 30 mins, hence atleast 45 to 60 minutes is more advantageous.
