    O God, I was worried by this problem from 3-4 days. In the Corona period, from March to Aug I am walking two times for 30 minutes each, without reducing food. Surprised, my weight wasn't reducing. Now, I got the solution. Thanks.

    Thank you sir....... M gym jaati hu mere tranner ne mujse yahi kahan hai khane ke mamle me... M subha walk pe jaati hu usse pahle warm water peekar jaati hu......... Fir aane ke baad black coffee fir 9 baje fruit .. Milk or 11 baje salad or 2 baje 2 roti or ubli daal khati....... 4 baje green tea or 6 baje fruit raat ko uble sabjiya or 2 roti..... M pure yakin ke sath kahti hu ki ye deit follow karke m kaafi fit ho gyi hu am so happy

    सर मै महाराष्ट्र से हु आपने जैसे सुझाव दिए थे इसका मैंने पालन किया है मेरा २ महीनो में १० किलो वजन कम हुआ है मेरा खाना तो पूछो मत मै मराठा हु मिट अंडे दाल चावल रोटी घी तेल मिठाई के सिवा मेरा खाना नहीं बनता था लेकिन आपके वीडियो देखकर मैंने सबसे पहले चाय पीना बंद कर दिया फिर धीरे धीरे तेल मिठाई खाना बंद कर दिया रोटी सब्जी खाता हु लेकिन एकदम कम मात्रा में

    Sir thik kehe rehe hai main toh running ,football khelta tha but still gaining weight.....calories intake high tha ....chiken mutton yada khata tha ....but after following jadu diet mein weight loss kiya without exercise se ......thodi din problem hogi but body used to ho gayegi

      Sir jadoo diet lene ke bad. Exercise keliye energy hi nhi. Rahati....
      Aur duty bhi hoti hai.. 5 days after jadoo deit. 1.5kg to lose hua. But. Infection hoke fever aagaya...

      @@vaishuvaishu8113 दिन में एक बार normal खाना खा सकते हैं. Dry fruits, fruits खाओ.
      Exercise करो.
      या तो calories कम करे या exercise से calories burn kare. या thoda थोड़ा दोनों करो.
      दिन में 200-300 या 400 calories burn कर सकते हैं या तो exercises से या खाना कम कर के या दोनों से.

      आपने calories ज्यादा कम किया होगा.
      थोड़ा calculate करें.
      बिना oil खाया है तो ज्यादा calories कम हुआ है इसलिए एक बार normal खाना खाए.
      या कुछ healthy खाना dry fruits, थोड़ा ghee 1 से 1+1/2 chammach ले सकते है 125 calories होता है एक chammach मे.
      भूक लगे तो कुछ खा सकते हैं makhana या जो भी पसंद है.
