Sir thik kehe rehe hai main toh running ,football khelta tha but still gaining weight.....calories intake high tha ....chiken mutton yada khata tha ....but after following jadu diet mein weight loss kiya without exercise se ......thodi din problem hogi but body used to ho gayegi
