This is a great video. I lost 6 KG weight in a month by following this. If I would have combined exercise with this then I would have definitely lost 9-10 KG in a month. But I am not in hurry. I will continue for next 2-3, months. My cholesterol levels also improved a bit. My sugar levels almost came near normal (fasting and pp). My HB1Ac is reduced from 7.8 to 7.1 in a month. So hopefully in next 3-4 months it will come normal. Surprisingly my eye sight improved in a month. Earlier I could see blur characters on TV but now I could read those small characters from 8 feet distance almost clearly. I didn't know that my sugar levels has caused problems to my vision. I have no words to thank you doctor. You are absolutely gem. 🙏🙏🙏

When we eat raw vegetables we feel bloated and leads to indigestion and constipation. And for some people apples causes constipation. So better to steam veggies rather than eating it raw, except cucumber. And avoid apples and have bananas , pineapple and papaya . And see the difference. You will definitely feel better. Sir, is it sustainable for the long term or is it just adventure for a month? If it's long term then it's not at all healthy. My calorie expenditure itself is 2200 then i may fall down while working out or doing my day to day job.

@@shflgwl no i didn't. but i did avoid grain, sugar,dairy product and followed fruits and salad only. but if u wish to take atleast one time grain then quantum of weight lost will reduce on daily basis. but u can compensate it with doing exercise.
