    first of all, thanks to the interviewer for not interrupting the conversation and listening patiently. Secondly thanks to the doctor for making us understand how to count calories in each food category. Despite watching videos for more than a year, I was totally confused and this brilliant doctor has made me understand how to count calories in such a simple language.Thanks, doctor, god bless you!

    Chapati - around 100 calories
    1 cup daal, rice - around 100
    Potato - 100
    Banana - 100
    Fried food, sweets - 500
    Badaam, dry fruits - 500
    Oil, ghee - 1000

    Excellent..no one has ever explained calories in this manner..I guess it is going to change my life.. earlier I never understood why I should eat salad or fruits or drink sufficient water..but I am going to eat salad, fruits and drinks sufficient water now..

      i admit 74 kg isn't sort of obese and the shape doesn't look that bad either ..but when i see myself in mirror , i realise that - something is lacking, and that is my waist..rest i have good genes, nice upper body and arms..but belly fat spoils it all..

      Bhai ji ek baar apna sugar test bhi karwalo. Sometimes u even lose this much weight without exercise because your sugar levels are disturbed.

If u are having a well planned diet plan then you can lose weight only if you are on pretty huge weight acc to ur height. Otherwise you have to wake up and start training. I have been training from 4 months still it doesn't show up on my body but just my muscles inside body have increased.

      It is useful for overweight people too. I was 105kg used to get knee pains and even injured while running. I was 35 years old . I followed raw food and low carb diet for 2 months reduced 10kg. Then started walking and continuing low carb to lose another 10. And now exercising and running with normal diet..hopefully will lose another 10 to get to my ideal weight.

      Not many calories can be burnt by work out its better to restrict your calories intake.you can work out also to remain in shape and attain a good body shape
