इसका मतलब ये है की वेटलाॅसके लिये व्यायाम से ज्यादा डाएट पर ध्यान देना जरुरी है.खानेपर ज्यादा ध्यान देना चाहिए और फिटनेस के लिये थोडा बहुत व्यायाम और प्राणायाम हररोज करना होगा

Yes, actually me sir ke diet videos ko dekh kar achhe se samjhiye. Meine strictly calories count ke hisab se daily 1000 ke ander calories li thi aur excercise me walking ki thi 2 hrs approx. Around 300 calories burn ki smajhiye wo hisab se mera achha khasa calories deficit hua tha aur mein ne use karke 2 1/2 month me Alhumdulillah 12 kgs lose ki hun 72 se 60 pe ayi 3 kgs aur kam karna hai but Ramadan aya uske baad normal diet pe hi hun .. Inshallah atleast 2 kgs ka plan hai aur kam karne ka ... kyun ki fluctuate hua bhi to mein 60 ke paas maintain hone ke liye..
