Roast flax seeds and grind them in the grinder to coarse mix. No fine grinding required. Take two spoons daily in the breakfast.

Ground them and eat them directly, sprinkle on your fruits or salads, add them to your smoothie, milk, curd, shakes. Start and see the difference in just few weeks.

Yes you can take them directly, with water, lassi, with milk, add to your milk shake, add to the atta of your roti when you are making a dough, add them in your curd, sprinkle it over your salads or fruits. If your using 1-2 teaspoon of flax seed that is good enough and yes you can also keep them on rotation with other important seeds as well to get the best results of all of them. Thanks a lot.
