I watched i subscribed Bohot sahi video on this topic Kal se literally I decided I'll walk 10 k steps Yesterday I even walked 10 k steps But aaj bohot dard ho raha legs pe Due to which I didn't continue walking today So this video iss very much helpful for me No need of 10k steps 👣 I'll walk just 6k steps now
Brisk walk can cause pain ,,, if u walk normaly … with 5km/h speed … u can walk 10 km in one go without pain .. while walking ur heart rate increase to 120 - 140 bpm .. it reduces cholestrol , triglycerides ,, fast pumping cause good blood circulation, just make sure u r not walking fast ,,, wear proper shoes with healthy cushioning and walk in a pollution free environment..
I usually don't walk too much daily. My average is 3k-4k. But I remember one day when I had to visit my friend. We decided to visit his city which included a lot of walking. That day I walked arround 15k steps which was almost 4 times of my daily average. Next day I had so much severe pain in my foot that couldn't even walk 2 steps. I had never experienced such pain before. From that day I decided never to push my walking limits this much.
