Yes, u can do by dividing parts on empty stomach u can walk for 2 km i.e.., 3000 steps. U should do minimum 110 steps per minute . It is very hard to hear but easy to walk. Track ur walk easily with app or smart watch like fitbit.then after every meal ( like breakfast, lunch, evening, dinner ) give 15 mnts gap then do a walk normally for 10 to 15 minutes then u can achieve the target easily.
Try to drink hot water every sip all the day.
