This video has me in tears. I recently lost 100 pounds and im still on my journey but I remember being heavier and wanting to give up so bad. I love Phil for his encouragement and the rest of the crew for being so supportive. I applaud Alina for her courage and determination. Don't stop, don't quit and don't give up!

I am sitting here boo hooing over this video. As a person who is extremely overweight and trying to get fit, it is refreshing to see this. It's hard and embarrassing to be on a room full of fit people trying to do the exercise. It's sometimes discouraging. But to see him hold her hand through it and the class cheer her on is heartwarming. God bless you all. Alaina, like Phil said, "Don't stop. Don't quit. Don't give up."

Infelizmente isto é raridade, eu sou obesa e já frequentei algumas academias e acabei desistindo por conta que os professores nem me olhavam, o foco deles são nas alunas magras ,em fazerem elas ficarem com corpao e enquanto a pessoa obesa fica desmotivada .
