I was in tears watching this! I wish he was close to me... I felt the power and inspiration through my phone. With 5 kids and a husband, I put myself last and motivation goes out the window and depression comes in. So awesome those ladies cheering her on.

I was there and Katie was awesome!! I've been following Phil for a while and I have his DVD's (sitting on a shelf) but doing this with Phil in person was definitely XTREME!! I went in cold turkey but I survived. This really gave me the inspiration I needed to get moving again. DVD's are off the shelf now. Awesome workouts and so much fun!!

He is the motivation and his students are the inspiration! Since I discovered these videos I've been using the energy they have to keep on going at work; especially when I have to work a double. Whenever I feel like I can't move another package, pull another pallet or clear out another trailer I just tell myself 'DON'T STOP! DON'T QUIT!' and I can hear the class rallying behind me to keep going. With the sweat dripping from my beard with each step I keep pushing myself with Phil in my head motivating me to not stop, not quit and never give up. This man is more than a step class instructor; he's a motivational speaker, life coach and mental health healer as well. Him and his class are truly an inspiration.

Did u see them stop and encourage her then gave her hugs, that was beautiful. Keep encouraging each other we never know what someone is going through. I legit went and bought an aerobic step and did this. I'm 220lbs and just starting walking 2miles a day only 4 days ago and figured with his energy there's nothing to lose but weight. Looking forward to learning the others
