I hit the gym every morning waking up at 3 doing cardio in my bedroom I hit the gym by 5 in the morning I work out Monday through Friday I love this cardio exercise but it's extremely hard for me my left leg up to the knee cap is filled with metal shattered my leg and my ankle 12 years ago they said I would never walk alone stand on my own I am a stubborn woman nothing can stop me from working out and walking correctly I was stuck in a wheelchair for almost 2 years not able to walk the trainers at my gym they are amazed of the things that I burn about 700 to 800 calories everyday always on the rowing machine loving myself self-love and discipline

I've been seeing these videos for a few years now...and I used to always wish 2 things.. 1 he would come to AZ and 2 that I could do his class.. Well 60 pounds down and this may just be a possibility..
