I lost my brother at the entrance gate on Thursday, they had to go to Syracuse for a pic up. It wasn't planned. I looked at the loads and loads of people and said to my brother Joe, I will see you Saturday morning at The Hip.

As a US citizen i can only say that it reflects very poorly on us that TTH wasn't received here the way the music they made and their electric front man (RIP Gord), deserved. Sorry Hip, sorry Canada, we're idiots.
I wouldn't worry much about that .. being unknown or unrecognized gave them what they wanted .. fresh fans and small gigs
My son and I saw them in a small hall in Seattle around about 1997. Later, in 2002 my wife and I saw them at an outdoor place on the Seattle waterfront. It's called Pier 62/63 and that show was so good. Gordie is nothing short of a musical genius. I am so heartbroken that he's gone but his music is going to last forever. Hip-Hip-Hip-Hip-Hip!!!!!!
