The Power Of Positive Thinking

Life can get pretty rough sometimes, and unfortunately we often have a tendency to respond negatively to our circumstances rather than looking for the positive (If we're perfectly honest negativity is often our default even when things are really going pretty good!). But what if we could adjust our way of thinking? How might our lives improve, and how much closer could our goals be to becoming reality? I'm not expert, just a guy sharing my two cents. Like you said, we seem to be driven toward negativity. Thinking and focusing toward the worse case scenario probably was a survival strategy for us in prior years. Now as we are blessed with longevity, we have to gear ourselves toward thinking positive for our mental and interpersonal health.

I agree with a lot of what you say. Mind you the system is geared towards negativity in that envy is at it's base. It can be tough in such a reality but there is a way to stay positive amid such competition. Give yourself time to focus on the beauty - the serene and count the small blessings as opposed to whinging about what your not getting. The good is all around us at every given moment. All the best.
