Oh hell yeah! Create An illusion of a creature within 5 feet of the enemies and the rogue could get sneak attacks. (As per ruling of the DM of course.)
Create a stone block around someone's head then make it real: They can't see, hear or breathe for 60 seconds and the heaviness of the block forces them to go prone.
You mentioned Disguise Self which is a great option but I don't think it compares to taking Silent Image as your 1st level at-will spell because it synergizes so well with illusory reality. If you selected Silent Image you could take every turn and make a 15ft cube of illusory cage or walls or anything you might need, then make it real as a bonus action and because they are "real" objects you no longer need to maintain concentration on the image( it will vanish at the 1min mark though). Through a sage advise, Illusory Reality is intended to make an illusion real only once for the spells duration, so a 6th level Major Image is nice to have, but after the 1st reality shift it becomes less useful. Just found you guys not too long ago and I'm enjoying your channel so far, keep up the good work!
I'm binging this series for more dnd knowledge by the way hahah. I just love that you score things by role play value because thats my favourite thing about dnd so far. I'm new and you're helping me a lot!
Remember, RP comes primarily from you as the player! We rate the Mechanics side of RP, but in the end, it’s up to the player to bring it to life. Sometimes having extra abilities can make that easier or give more options, but a good RP player can make anything shine and be unique in their own way! Thanks for watching!
High lvl 14 Illusory Reality using Mirage Arcane with the 6th level "Malleable Illusions" allows you to attain limited godhood in a one mile radius for 10 days, as long as you're able to cast for 10 minutes beforehand. It's basically your eminent domain where anything you say goes. Someone pissed you off? Lava trap. Want to trap someone you lured? Adamantine cage time. Don't forget you can shift this terrain using Malleable Illusions as you please. This is a pocket plane for you practically early on. It's basically a wild check mate move you can combine with invisibility to really mess with someone. Just keep shifting the illusion until your bored or kill them. Least to say having a mile of land your own at will via 10 minutes is pretty wild.
Take Eldritch Adept from Tasha's as a feat, go with Misty Visions for at will Silent Image. It's great all game but once you hit level 14 you're in beastmode, whatever you want you can make. Enemy brawler giving you grief? Now he's shackled to a weighted ball. Need some cover? Here's a 15ft wall made of steel. It's at will anything basically.
The ability to change an existing illusion spell is pretty OP when combined with Simacrum. Just cast it on yourself, and when your replica runs out of slots you can swap it out with the Tarrasque you're fighting. And swapping it doesn't take 12 hours, unlike actually casting the thing
So, say you were fighting in a prison for instance and you knew that there were cells beneath you, could you make a hole in the ground under your enemy's and make it real so that fall into the cells? Alternatively, could you make an illusory portal to the 9 hells and make that real?
Completely busted wizard subclass, in T3/T4 not even other OP subclasses like the Loremaster and the Chronurgist can compare. And I am dead serious. Even if you're not very creative and your DM stealth nerfs the classic illusions: Malleable Illusions + Upcast Creation, MI + Mirage Arcana, Spell Mastery: Silent Image + Illusory Reality, Illusory Reality + Phantasmal Force, etc. is a GG for your enemies, even if they're literal gods.
why your at it why not have the illusory rocks moving multiple times fast than the speed of sound then make them real so you can hit a adult red dragon in the face with a bolder moving as fast as a bullet insert thats a lot of damage meem here
Alright, illusion wizards are the one class that can make role play viable in combat with a little creativity
The rogue in the party we’ll definitely appreciate invisibility or distracting illusions to synergize with their hit and run kit .

My friend used this wizard class to turn illusion mist in people's lungs to caltrops
I am sure your DM loves dealing with that xD Thanks for watching!

I can feel your DMs pain from here haha thanks for watching!
Make it pure iron then heat metal xD
@@doutinha8309 "What do you mean 'Screaming Box'? Oh that? Nah, that's Bill. My pet radio. What's a radio? Eh, it's a prototype I'm working on."
Can't damage or directly harm anyone. Capturing them is fair game- Like a dome of adamantium around them
Illusion wizard is an awesome subclass and you guys made a great video to show that

Good job guys. Always loved Illusionists and it's no different in 5E.
Illusions also make something dissappear. Like holes in ice, or making a normal bridge disappear

Make an illusion of some platinum coins and then make them real, it is now time to go on a 1 minute spending spree.
If the vendors just put the platinum pieces into their bags or cash registers during that minute they will never know. Mwahahahahaaaa.

great vid guys, im getting back into D&D and needed help with my wizard
Epic vid, love illusion wizard
i CREATE A WALL OF FORCE!!!! *shimmering clear wall appears.* *snaps fingers* Make it real!!!! >.< mind blown.
Reality can be whatever I want.
"I create an illusory black hole! Make it re-" (Total Party Kill, Total Enemy Kill, Total Realm Kill)
I've got the request. It's if you could please make the gunslinger fighter subclass
I just tought of something
With illusion reality, can we make a living thing real? Like a red dragon attacking the ennemies?
Isn't there a spell that can make a dragon illusion then make it real for a round of combat
Could you change the object you make real using malleable illusion
I make an illusionary hole in the floor and then I make it real
Edit: and then I dismiss the spell and now they’re in a bunch of rocks
Turn an illusory dragon into a real dragon or turn an illusion of yourself into a copy of your self for 60 seconds
Only works on inanimate object of the illusion
Woots
