      well good job am trying my best but I don't think I will get it BECUS my friend made fun of me by saying u won't get it when I got it I relize I was doing it wrong and am trying more to get it well if u are a dancer u are lucky am happy for u 😊😀

    So fun! My 5 year old is naturally super flexible and can do practically any flexibility move imaginable. I’m jealous, haha! She sits on the floor to watch tv, a picnic bench to eat, or on a window sill to people watch in a middle split. 😂

    I'm sooo close to my middle split... Im not naturally flexible, but I've been working it for years and now I'm only an inch or two away, although I have gotten one of my side splits. I'm going to do this tutorial and leave an update if it worked! If I don't update, it probably didn't work for me.

    I am a skater (now middle age). Still have my basic splits. Have been working on middle splits for months. I do most of these exercises, but there are some new ones I can try. Thanks for great instructions.

    I'm so glad I found this channel. I used to dance in high school--not in an advanced class or anything cause I lacked confidence, but still, I danced--and I remember being more flexible than ever and honestly at my fittest. I also really loved dancing and when I play music I still dance around, just not as seriously. Anyway, it's been about 10 years since the last time I danced or did any kind of dance conditioning or stretching. I did yoga for a couple years after high school, but once I started university my health focus went out the window cause there just wasn't time ever, what with full-time school and work and working two jobs over summer and all that jazz. So now my splits--which I never actually achieved--can't go past 90 degrees and I can't touch my toes anymore without really arching my back and I'm just not flexible anymore. Even my feet have started to lose some flexibility. It's been my goal for a while to get back into something healthy--yoga, turbo jam, kickboxing, pilates, anything I used to do alone or with my mom--but so far nothing has clicked with me and I find myself only exercising for two weeks before dropping whatever I was doing. I started to really think about it and I've always loved dance and my cousin dances professionally and STTYCD just started up again and it was like it was screaming at me: get back into dance. I don't have money or time to sign up for dance classes (working 12 hour shifts most the week and all), but I stumbled across your channel and your videos and they're so much fun and so informative, especially in comparison to most of the other videos I've found about dance conditioning or stretching or warmups. They're all very bland and generic and you definitely make yours more fun and I really appreciate it.
    TL;DR: I haven't danced in years and am really out of shape and had trouble finding videos I liked to get back into dancing and conditioning, but your videos are perfect and I'm very thankful for them.
