    could you do a video on how to train leg extensions? I really can't lift my straight leg halfway my knees or even when I bend it and extend it from there, it goes fast down. I would love to see some exercises on this one.

    • @Giselle_391
      @Giselle_391 4 года назад +9

      If you pull up on your supporting leg (the one on the ground) (think of pulling up out of you hip) then it makes the leg you want to lift feel weightless and you can extend/devlopé higher 😊 hope this helps and makes sense, it takes a lot of practise🙂

    I´m sort of learning them in ballet class. When I say sorta its because we aren´t doing the actual turn, we are also breaking down the positions and also getting core and leg strength to turn and practicing doing 2 turns or 3 or more in a row.

    I am a nonparticipating male cheerleader atm. Haven't quite made tryouts after 2 years but gained lots of knowledge and dance experience at local college. My next tryout is weeks away and couldn't find the dance I expected but this isn't bad. Maybe make a video with a kick in air then lower leg behind grounded foot then twirl? Glad I stretched and practiced weeks just not daily with much going on in my life. I struggled finding a video like that but I enjoyed this video :))
