Hey super sister fitness, i want to thankyou. I was the most inflexible person out of my whole friendgroup and i would just form day to day watch my friends do multiple tricks and some of them could do the splits! Whilst i was sitting on the bench, not even knowing how to do a cartwheel. Last month i watched your video as it was on my reccomended list. I tried out your frontsplits video and i did everything. I would do your stertches and warmups 30 mins a day and since a month i have only missed out 3 days of practising in total. I can tell you that i am SO close to getting my hips on the floor. I am like 2cm away but i didnt want to rush it. All thanks to you i am no longer left out 😄keep up the great work, stay safe, and keep doing what you are doing

yes but this video isn't really accurate to do the middle splits you have to be able to the front splits left and right you can not force the middle splits without completing those first two steps you risk injury I'm a pro dancer and my new YT channel explains this and I have in-depth tutorials on splitting
I'm injured from toe to hip on left leg. Still your video gave me the confidence of achieving the splits. I neither feel depressed of being injured not have I ever injured myself while doing your techniques. Your little "remember to be kind with your body" goes a long way. I am the new: the world's most stiffest person and....I CAN ALMOST DO THE SPLITS!!! thank you Super sister fitness!!! I practice at 4:00 pm everyday and stop and 5:00pm and I am enjoying it but sometimes it hurts quite a bit but that won't GET IN MY WAY!

This tutorial is amazing! I had lost my front splits a long time ago due to pain in my inner thighs and I had given up at that point, but when I started the stretches in this video, I already felt so much better! Thanks, I’m really close now!

I did this today one time, and then 5 hours later (right before typing this) decided to try it again but be a lil more serious abt it and already I'm so much closer to the ground and able to spread my legs much farther after only 1 time??? This woman is a miracle worker. My friend thinks I'll be able to do a split within a couple more weeks if I keep up like this, and says it might have to do with my history of dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading I did as a child. You are very good. There is a tempo, or cadence to the descriptions of the movements you are doing that makes the voice pleasant and motivating. You have this without one iota of pretentiousness that often creeps into those that try to hard.
I’m a goalie (hockey), and I used to be able to almost do a full split, but it had been so long that everything tightened and I couldn’t do it anymore. Now I’m back where I was after watching this. Just need a few inches until it’s a full split, and more mobility so my torso is straight, and not on the ground. Is it weird that I can do it with my stomach on the ground and not straight up? Lol. I’ve started doing this and already I am more flexible I am only a few inches away. I used to do gymnastics but I stopped because I did not have enough time for school then I lost all my flexibility and you have helped my alot
I have been practicing martial arts since i was about 14 years old; i am an instructor myself now and i would say i am very flexible. By nature i try to learn new things i never lived my life thinking that i am better then other people.There is somebody better then you always and you are miss Liz. Been using this video every day during quarantine in order to finally be able to do the splits. I play hockey as a goalie recreationally and I've always wanted to be able to get my legs pushed out farther. I'm not there yet, and it'll probably take a year but I can already feel the difference and even more I have been feeling better, like my circulation is better. Thanks for the video!

I got my good leg splits and then with my left leg I took me about a week to get both but I am a dancer and I used to be able to do middle splits but can’t anymore so I’m hopping it will help!!

Do you mean while you're doing the straddle stretch or with your legs clinched together, because I have a bad habit of when I'm done with holding the straddle stretch and bailing to immediately stand up or sit down to release the tension. So can you please explain how?
@@antoine6760 she means that sit in child's pose or pull both of your knees towards your chest, it relieves tension in your muscles after a difficult stretch. I hope this made sense to you!!
I used to be a gymnast so I was watching RUclips when I was 7 when I discover the seven super girls does gymnastic I was amazed so I start researching how to do cartwheel handstand front tuck back tuck and more so I kinda do it on school on our ground when a gymnast teacher approach me I was exited because I never joined gymnastic I was so happy that I became a gymnast they asked me where did you learn this I told them I taught myself by RUclips every day I learn different things I remember the first time I’ve done the splits it was hard at first it took me 2 weeks to do them they let me choose if I want to be WAG or Rythmic I choose wag and compete I won 1st balance beam I’m the only one who can dis handstand on the beam but sad news happened 2 years later they told me no one can teach wag only rhythmic but I don’t like it so I quit To this day they wanted me to join them hope the new ones have fun but I started to join martial arts it reminds me of gymnastics once again
When I was trying other video how to do the front split it didn't work so well... so I found your video and I tried to do it and after like 3 months I can finally do the front split but i add more workout so i can do the split fast my other leg is almost to the bottom I'm focusing on both of the legs and now I want to try the middle split qwq ree so excited! Remember never giving up on your dream I almost giving up but I keep going even its pain and sometimes it may be bleeding but I keep on going keep going guys! Never giving up soon you'll be flexible don't push yourself to do the split if u can't just be patient
Just starting my split journey!! I am a martial artist trying to get my splits before heading to China to study Shaolin Kung Fu. I really enjoy how knowledgeable you are when it comes to warming up your body before the splits and you even shed a new light on me. I was always taught that to get flexibility you had to force it and put yourself through the pain. I am so thankful you mentioned to be patient and gentle as I am less likely to get injured now 😂

Middle splits take a lot longer because you're not just stretching mainly the muscles, you're stretching the hip ligaments. Stay patient and keep practicing! It took me about 8 months to get mine...

I love that you show us the warming up , How important that! A big thumb 👍🏻 :) I am a fan of split , I have been struggling with it , there was a period of time I was forcing myself doing the same stretch every single day telling myself if you want it work for it (and I didn't get the result that I dreamed of). Then that didn't work for my body. I learned that our body needs that space to heal. So when I tried doing split for only three or four times a week it became much better. And now I found a perfect way for me which it is (day split ,day off) this way gave me perfect result and fast. It is: day I focus on split and the after day I focus on something else like backbend and other stuff then the next day I back to split. This really works with my body, for sure everybody has its own different ability , this journey get me to know more about the universe of my body and get me to love myself much better , it's not just a split :) I hope all your dreams come true sending you much love ❤️
i've been stretching every single day and i've seen literally no improvement. Yes, i get closer during the stretch, but the next day i'm exactly where I was before. Please help!! Edit: But to be honest, this is the best video i've seen for how to get the center splits. You're awesome!!

Oh God! I gotta laugh. I've been at it for 14 months, i'm not quite on the floor yet but i'm getting there. I had no gymnastic background at all. If you're like me that could be why but you should see progress. Consistency is a must though.
hello! me and some friends recently have formed a cosplay dance group that performs at conventions, for social media, and just for plain fun when we’re alone. i have experience in dancing and athletics, but have never tried learning the splits. but, i didn’t want to be the only one out of my friends that couldn’t do it. you said that the normal splits are easier to grasp than middle splits, but i was starting to get a bit frustrated with them. (oops.) so, i decided to try the middle splits using your techniques, and somehow they seem sooo much easier. i’m getting it down super fast! it’s less painful, faster, and more fun. i guess everyone’s different! thank you for these videos, they help a lot. i will remember to subscribe and check out the rest of your content. maybe once i get these 100% i will move back to the other splits

I used to be a gymnast so I was watching RUclips when I was 7 when I discover the seven super girls does gymnastic I was amazed so I start researching how to do cartwheel handstand front tuck back tuck and more so I kinda do it on school on our ground when a gymnast teacher approach me I was exited because I never joined gymnastic I was so happy that I became a gymnast they asked me where did you learn this I told them I taught myself by RUclips every day I learn different things I remember the first time I’ve done the splits it was hard at first it took me 2 weeks to do them they let me choose if I want to be WAG or Rythmic I choose wag and compete I won 1st balance beam I’m the only one who can dis handstand on the beam but sad news happened 2 years later they told me no one can teach wag only rhythmic but I don’t like it so I quit
To this day they wanted me to join them hope the new ones have fun but I started to join martial arts it reminds me of gymnastics once again

When I was trying other video how to do the front split it didn't work so well... so I found your video and I tried to do it and after like 3 months I can finally do the front split but i add more workout so i can do the split fast my other leg is almost to the bottom I'm focusing on both of the legs and now I want to try the middle split qwq ree so excited!
Remember never giving up on your dream I almost giving up but I keep going even its pain and sometimes it may be bleeding but I keep on going keep going guys! Never giving up soon you'll be flexible don't push yourself to do the split if u can't just be patient

Just starting my split journey!! I am a martial artist trying to get my splits before heading to China to study Shaolin Kung Fu. I really enjoy how knowledgeable you are when it comes to warming up your body before the splits and you even shed a new light on me. I was always taught that to get flexibility you had to force it and put yourself through the pain. I am so thankful you mentioned to be patient and gentle as I am less likely to get injured now 😂
Your encouragement is really helpful. It is hard to find a tone that is not patronizing and I think you nailed it. Thanks for sharing! These are helpful, especially the warm up beforehand. I have found so many stretching videos that are like , "remember to warm up first!" And then they go right into their stretch. Thanks again!

Middle splits take a lot longer because you're not just stretching mainly the muscles, you're stretching the hip ligaments. Stay patient and keep practicing! It took me about 8 months to get mine...

I love that you show us the warming up , How important that! A big thumb 👍🏻 :) I am a fan of split , I have been struggling with it , there was a period of time I was forcing myself doing the same stretch every single day telling myself if you want it work for it (and I didn't get the result that I dreamed of). Then that didn't work for my body. I learned that our body needs that space to heal. So when I tried doing split for only three or four times a week it became much better. And now I found a perfect way for me which it is (day split ,day off) this way gave me perfect result and fast. It is: day I focus on split and the after day I focus on something else like backbend and other stuff then the next day I back to split. This really works with my body, for sure everybody has its own different ability , this journey get me to know more about the universe of my body and get me to love myself much better , it's not just a split :)

Oh God! I gotta laugh. I've been at it for 14 months, i'm not quite on the floor yet but i'm getting there. I had no gymnastic background at all. If you're like me that could be why but you should see progress. Consistency is a must though.

hello! me and some friends recently have formed a cosplay dance group that performs at conventions, for social media, and just for plain fun when we’re alone.
i have experience in dancing and athletics, but have never tried learning the splits. but, i didn’t want to be the only one out of my friends that couldn’t do it. you said that the normal splits are easier to grasp than middle splits, but i was starting to get a bit frustrated with them. (oops.)
so, i decided to try the middle splits using your techniques, and somehow they seem sooo much easier. i’m getting it down super fast! it’s less painful, faster, and more fun.
i guess everyone’s different! thank you for these videos, they help a lot. i will remember to subscribe and check out the rest of your content. maybe once i get these 100% i will move back to the other splits
